Great, great video, Michael!

No surprise for the values knowing your protocol !! I would dream to have yours.

At 70 I am in the peak region on the Baart et al 2023 study, with normal BMI.  I guess a little of VF is good but I am not happy with mine. Unfortunately I never done a DXA. How would you say this correlates with say normal anthropometric indices. Based on your research, could you recommend a reliable link so I can check for myself? I have a fried (woman) who went a surgical removal (guess that was for subcutaneous only) for esthetic reasons and might also check with her about impact on health and biomarkers.

Thank you in advance for any (non medical) recommendation you might give on both measurement and "protocol" to reduce VF!

Thanks Albedo, VFM is associated with BF% and BMI, so if you have room to get leaner, that would be the place to start. I'd definitely recommend DXA at least 1x/yr, not just for VFM, but bone density...
