A friend's struggle with fitness inspired me to develop the Unaging System, a science-based approach to longevity. The basics:

Exercise Comparison: Life Extension and Time Investment

  • HIIT: 20 minutes weekly adds 10 years of expected life when started at age 40.
  • Walking: 12,000 daily steps adds another 10 years of expected life.
  • Strength Training: One hour weekly adds 2 additional years.

Unaging System Basis:

  • Science-Backed: Supported by rigorous research.
  • Habit-Building: Gradual habit introduction for lasting change.
  • Sustainable: Minimal time investment required.
