Has anyone who has taken senolytics noticed any CLEAR medical or subjective improvement in their health?

I'm particularly referring to those of you who are a bit older, say over 50 years old, as I assume a young person wouldn't notice much.
 
It's also interesting if you've given senolytics to an elderly family member.

I did D+Q a few years ago at age 44. During the dosing I had a mild-moderate persistent headache for 24 hours straight.

 

Next morning, the mild stiffness/soreness in my back and in general that I'd gotten used to feeling upon awakening was gone. Over the course of the next few days I also realised my flexibility had improved. I did the same D+Q a year later and the headache was almost completely absent this time, and I didn't notice any other changes, although the improvements from the first one haven't gone away. I haven't done another one since, but may do it again in another year or so depending on how everything else goes.
