Hi guys,

I went through a lot of stuff past three years ago( death of my dad, girlfiend cheating, sabotage, people bullying me at work for stupid reasons like not open the door to someone, witholding information, epliepsy, Anxiety, dépression, chronic fatigue, disregulated nervous system, loss of muscle mass, motor speed, inertia, struggling with executive function, false accusation, mental fatigue, loss of memory, insecure people, MD failing me, boss failing me, low energy, rumination, OCD)

I am sick of all these dram, office politics, bias and toxic relationship. People ruining your income over foolishness despite being a good employee a being the incarnation of white trash balling).

It takes a toll on my psyche, but I am détermined to fight and be better and Sovereign. I dont want to be a victim B and be exploited.

It is the jungle out there and I havé to do whatever it takes.


I have already séquence my génome and tried a lot of stuff but I am working on something à la ray kurzweil or à la blueprint : in order to have a predictable outcome and be at 100% every day no matter what the circumstances. Let’s look at it an emergency plan to unfuck my life in 3/6 months and leave the matrix.

Not everyday everyday because I have to cycle except for the mitocondria stack : 3-5 days per week
