I recently reviewed Siim Land’s Longevity Leap, and here’s what stood out:

Cardiovascular Health: Four chapters focus on preventing heart disease, crucial for longevity.

Exercise Bias: Land recommends 140 minutes of strength training weekly, but research suggests 30-60 minutes is enough.

Missing Cancer Prevention: Surprisingly, there’s no coverage on cancer, the second leading cause of death.

Dietary Gaps: Land emphasizes protein but underplays the importance of fruits, veggies, and whole grains, missing up to 18 potential years of longevity benefits.
