In my latest blog, I break down the results of the Strength Challenge from The Unaging System 2024 designed to help participants boost strength while keeping their cardio gains intact. Here’s a snapshot of what we achieved:

40% Strength Gains: New lifters increased their lifting capacity by up to 40%, and the entire group collectively lifted 1.5 million kilograms over 12 weeks (equivalent to lifting 3 Statues of Liberty!).

Top Progress in Leg Strength: Leg exercises saw the highest gains, followed by pulling movements, while pushing exercises showed steady improvement.

Real-Life Adaptations: Nearly 20 participants found ways to fit in workouts, from hotel gyms to home setups, showing flexibility is key.
