Some recent research involving MUSE cells.
Outside of those papers, does anyone have any knowledge about MUSE cells and their regenerative capacities?

MUSE cells are not telomerase positive (in humans), so will be of limited use.
You are better off looking at adult telomerase positive stem cells (aTPSCs) ; although very few labs have ever isolated them they do appear to exist in connective tissue, and have increasing trouble mobilising as that tissue ages.
