Everyone was discussing this a few years ago. When the Mayo Clinic was studying it everyone was taking it. Their study is over. Some other file said fisetin has no senolytic activity in humans. People are still massive dosing it once a month (Mayo protocol) and others are consuming regularly. Does there seem to be a best way to take it?

Novos has it in their powder. Regardless of method of supplementation, does it do anything in humans?

The Mayo clinic study is still ongoing, correct? Seems like it is in phase II now, according to this posting.

I took a higher dose Fisetin for about a week last year. Otherwise, I get it in minor amounts with some other combo supplements I take.

So far, almost all of the research behind Fisetin is very positive. There was only one study that suggested Fisetin might cause double strand breaks in DNA.
