So I have an FSA that's going to expire on Jan 31 because I'm leaving my job. I wanted to see what advice people have in terms of how to spend the money ($3300).

Like what diagnosis, bloodwork, supplements, wearables, devices, etc would you consider.

Goal is to improve health and feel better.
I’d like this to be useful for everyone so feel free to provide generalized feedback on what you think is best bang for buck. However, in case anyone is willing to provide more personalized responses some info on my situation below. Thanks!

Background on me: Mid 20s male 5' 6.5" 174 lbs - circumference at belly button is like 40" Medical history:

Derm: eczema, acne, receding hairline
GI:fatty liver, gallbladder polyps, IBS.
Psych: moderate-severe generalized anxiety, mild depression
Ortho: systemic tendonosis from "Floxxing" (Fluoroquinolne associated disability)

If you are in your mid-20s, you don't have to worry too much about aging. You need to just get started on a good life-extension lifestyle. Eat quality food. Get exercise. Get good sleep. Trim back on any drinking/smoking/drugs.

I would save and invest the $3,300.

Supplements and devices are not going to help you out all that much at your young age.

I literally can’t save the money. I lose it if not spent in the next 10 days. Otherwise I totally agree with you
