I am sure I am not the only one but I have not found much on it.

I used to have an amazing memory. It as one of my most praised qualities.

I got Covid twice in 2022 and now can not remember what I ate for breakfast most days I also have a horrible time putting words together fully in sentences. I know what I mean to say but just struggle to get them out clearly.

Is there a simple supplement or set of supplements that have been proven to help with memory?

Bacopa to me seems to be the number one memory supplement - its benefits extend to healthy individuals in research. But you need to take it daily for a while, the memory enhancement starts appearing after a week or so. Another nice thing about Bacopa is the anxiolytic adaptogen-like properties and the memories that it brings to surface are seen in a positive light. Nice little herb  ;)

It does seem to be a superior form of magnesium because of the ability to cross the BBB. Interested trying it myself but it's pretty expensive to source in Finland.

CDP choline could be another generally good for the brain and memory supplement, always felt the best choline booster in my experience:
