I came across a guy called Chris Gibson who has a YouTube channel on skincare and antiaging advice. He is 61 now but looks much younger - around 38. Here is a video he has done:

Anyone who believes him to be 61 needs their head examined

Seems doubtful that he is 61, however, he did show a passport in the video. I wonder if he dyes his hair.

He likely dyes his hair. But the rest of him is genuine.

Hair is easy, at least for me turning 58 next month. Gray hair only comes apparent in my beards, after 1–2 weeks without shaving (unchanged since age 40, when I started with comprehensive life-style changes and supplementation). Of course, coloring would be easy too, if it only would be more healthy..

More efforts would take my skin. But I love the health-benefits from sun-shine too much, effective against my chronic diseases, all for the largest part in remission. In the final analysis not worth such vain efforts, in comparison to regenerating all my damaged inner organs.

What supplements do you use to reverse hair graying?

You asked me? I unintentionally arrested graying only, no reversal. Long story short: https://www.longecit...nal-remissions/

Rapamycin is the only thing shown to affect grey hair. Everything else is snake oil

There is nothing genuine about him. Massaging your neck dont stop plstysma banding from forming. Facial aging starts from the inside out and this liar claims olive oil or whatever magically prevented nasolabial folds from forming. The guy is a liar

I know some people have claimed to obsessively avoid smiling in order to prevent nasolabial folds.
