What if adding years to your life came down to a few daily habits? I’ve dug deep into some research and found out that:

  • 12,000 steps/day = up to 7 extra years of life.

  • 90 minutes of HIIT per week can add 4+ years to your lifespan.

  • Consuming 20 grams of nuts daily reduces mortality risk by 17%.

  • Saunas cut all-cause mortality by 40% (Finland’s best-kept secret).

  • Smoking is as deadly as skipping all exercise.

I laid out these findings at Nerd Nite Tokyo last month. Here’s the full talk: Nerd Nite Tokyo
