Study says that walking reduces all-cause mortality by 65%. With that, we did the Step Masters Challenge for 12 weeks with a daily goal of 12,000 steps. Here are the final stats, and see how it contributes to longevity:

 

  • The team hit an average of 12,000 steps daily.

  • We achieved over 11 million steps - equivalent to the distance from Anchorage, AK, to Miami!

  • The participants have reported improvement in their sleep, reduced post-exercise stiffness, more sustained energy levels, and even meaningful interactions during walks.
