I have been doing some Biohacking work with a few people who have Parkinson's disease.

I have done some reading up on this and written a post in which I argue that Parkinson's is a form of accelerated aging for the brain resulting from a problem with the pineal gland injecting melatonin into the third ventricle of the CSF

Very interesting. You may wish to also measure serum albumin since it is a factor in transporting melatonin across the BBB.
