Fava beans have a very high amount of L-dopa (a bowl could have more than an antiparkisons pill Levadopa)  I'm wondering if eating this could help ADHD by boosting dopamine, or would too much dopamine make it worse? Or would Levadopa help with ADHD

Mucuna Pruriens is similar, a herbal source of L-dopa. L-dopa directly converts to dopamine so yeah, it can be a quick fix for low dopamine conditions.

I'm trying to come up with a herbal stack that mimics the effects of Adderall, for those interested, I'll make a thread about it soon.
