If you're here, you're probably trying to waste some time.
I hope this helps. -Stephen

I wouldn't call the video right below a waste of time, but I wanted to post it
somewhere.

Thanks for the videos link. I found this Tom and Jerry cartoon video there. http://www.metacafe...._tom_and_jerry/

I haven't seen this type of stuff since I was a kid. Violent cartoons such as this must have played a role in making me such a hyperactive and aggressive kid. See http://interact.uore...cles/kalin.html. What do you think Stephen?

(Before TV kids went to see The Three Stooges.)

====================================================

Slapstick

Slapstick was a mainstay of Stooge humor. The key was that, no matter how hard anyone was poked, slapped, punched or prodded, the pain immediately went away, and no one was ever really hurt by it. Even Moe dragging a handsaw across Curly's head would result only in a momentary "OH! OH! OH!" and then a "Oh, LOOK!" as they gazed at the bent and/or dulled teeth of the now completely useless saw. Moe would inevitably blame Curly for the damage... "You and that iron head o' yours. You've ruined the saw!"

=================================================

I started to read your link, sorry too long. I've heard the "TV
causes violence" argument before. I just don't have an opinion on it.

Never really liked Tom and Jerry. The video here is more cerebral:

The video below could help teach youngsters that they should value
their job, because there is someone else ready to take over right
away should you quit.

This video could help children understand that they can't control
everything and everyone. An introduction to psychoanalysis.

Part I here:

hee, hee,

This was a waste of time, thanks.

1) I first saw a picture of a Lamborghini in 1975. Really nice car. The police officers in
the clip probably don't do any real police work with the car. It is for promotional stuff only
as was mentioned in the clip.

2) This is stuff I like to see. Personally, for what it's worth I think the future of motor
vehicles is to run on water.

My guess as to why they include all the fancy stuff (weird steering, monitors instead of mirrors)
is to make sure people don't think about the price tag. As soon as they say anything in 6 figures
they know people will mentally tune out real quick. If Joe Shmo knows he just can't afford a car
that costs $100,000 (or even $50,000) then the car doesn't exist, as far as he is concerned.
Not sure of the price of the car in the video is $US.

If I wasn't so lazy I would research as this stuff. Anyway about 7 years ago they had a bus that,
I thought ran on water. They said the price was $1,000,000 and that a typical gas?/diesel? bus
was $250,000. This is all I remember.

3) Jumping a car. Neat. Reminds me of mythbusters, only these guys have a budget.

4) The snowmobiler made that look easy.

5) They should have put rockets on the bus.

Nice videos. Especially the car that runs on water one,

-Stephen

The first one hurt so I stopped.
The second, third, and fourth were fine. Dreaming is free (as in the Blondie song).
Those cars are out of my price range.

This seems to have been done in one take. If that's true it is

I does actually seem like it really happened. (Some videos are too cute
to be real.) The link in the video takes you here:

Maybe this link has videos you'll like.

I thought the Tomoko video was funny.
Non-Tomoko-ish women can relate to it, I think.

"She flies much faster, shouts much louder,
Looks much fresher, and eats much less than you."

( more lyrics then...

Then Hafdis gets on the bed and starts throwing popcorn or something
at her!
