Ipamorelin + mod grf 1. Causes a large release of growth hormone which will help induce a deep sleep. I love it. They have curred my insomnia and I am feeling great!
I recently started this combination about 10 days ago. It has helped my sleep more than anything else I've tried. And believe me, I've tried a lot of different things, including (but not limited to):
melatonin, bacopa, ashwagandha, magnesium, low-dose lithium, theanine, glycine, relora, seditol, melatonin, passionflower, valerian root, tryptophan, 5-htp, ALCAR, combinations thereof, caffeine/alcohol/drug abstinence, good sleep hygeine, regular exercise schdule, exposure to sunlight early in the day, etc.
Melatonin is helpful for correcting my sleep schedule, but doesn't really help me fall asleep, and definitely doesn't help me stay asleep. All of the rest either helped barely or inconsistently, or not at all. An astute member of this board informed me of the Ipamorelin + MOD GRF 1-29 combo. MOD GRF 1-29 is also known as 'CJC-1295 NO-DAC'. It is injected two or three times daily subcutaneously, at a dose of 100mcg of each substance (like an insulin shot). If using only for sleep improvement/enhancement, one injection immediately before bed is best.
While is hasn't made my sleep perfect, it has single-handedly helped more than anything else.

Glycine was mentioned in a different thread as being helpful for sleep....not sure how much it has been discussed in this thread. Anyone else tried it? Any results?

I just blindly tried some cheap gelatine for getting some glycine. Took a 7 gram packet of gelatine before sleep. 3 different nights. Didn't notice any changes in the quality or length of my sleep at that dosage.

I've recently started using a German product called DreamQuick. I've had massive insomnia for several years and sometimes ended up with less than 3 hours of sleep a night. I've literally tried everything. The only stuff that worked for me was Xanax which sucks because we all know that stuff is poison for the brain. But literally every natural route I tried didn't work.
This is the FIRST that really works for me now and I can't even express my excitement about it. It consists of 2 products and I take 2 capsules of each every night and for the first time in what must be 10 years I actually slept through the night without Xanax!!!!!
I am not sure if they are available in the US or elsewhere but I thought I'd share that.
