Yup, I'm wondering if there is any supplier of Phenotropil, the pharmaceutical product, I find that I would rather order a 10-pack and see how it works rather than ordering the more pricey variant from RI

any reason to think this lpiracetam derivative is any better than larger doses of the original? I've tried various 'racetams and have yet to see a dramatic difference between them apart from dosages and potency

I don't know if you know this but there are more differences in effects between Piracetam and it's derivates.

spacey:

I maintain a list of racetam providers and their prices for my own personal use, and post a copy online for others to use too. It includes the cheapest 3-4 suppliers for: Piracetam, Aniracetam, Oxiracetam, Pramiracetam and Phenylpiracetam.

The list is updated regularly, contains no ads, cookies, scripts or images for fast loading and ease to save to your local drive for reference. If you have any suppliers who you feel should be on the list then reply or PM me.

This stuff was apparently created for cosmonauts to withstand more pressure (not necessarily gravity). so it's industrial-grade sort of.

Is it better than Nootropyl? Yeah it is, but the price you pay is with your body. I say it's closer to an amphetamine than a conventional nootropic when it comes to Phenotropyl. That chemical taste as well...my body would always tell me that something is wrong with it...it lingers for days in my stomach lining, so everytime I think about this substance I get queasy :)

This used to be all the rage a few years back, then everyone kind of realized they're better off with just good old Piracetam. This stuff can make you go pretty crazy if you're already a high-strung type of fella.

It says
Phenotropil
28 weeks later

And it's quite true, consider it a not-so-predictable stim, not a noot.

Every joke has a grain of truth you see. These guys took a "nootropic" and realized that hey, forget cognitive enhancement, let's roam free instead.

That's phenotropyl for ya :)

I tried phenotopil , about 50-mg/250mg gpc-choline and it was kinda of a pick up within 5 min, I use the pure powder form .mixed in a little lemonade ... Then after about 25-45 min it wore off , So i took 300mg of pircetam with 30mg of noopept. Well i didnt notice much of a difference except i was a bit snobby and short in conversation to people . Then i was memory spacing . Like i was looking for my other ear piece while i was listening to my mp3 player and it was already in my ear playing ... So i dont think thats a healthy effect ,,, I was kinda of worried about what'd i say or desicions id make in this state. when leaving the house, forget somehting i needed or locking my keys in the car .....Well i made it through the whole day and my verbal was up on the fly , talkitve if u will . but thats it.
I wouldnt take these stuff if I had to play music or facilitate a meeting. ect..ect..
I keep an update as to my experimenting , so far i dont think noopept helps . so im eliminating that first... does anyone here think i should up my intake of phenyl-pircetam ?? (phenotropil carphedon)

Unlike phenylpiracetam, Noopept is not something you're going to obtain results with by using acutely. The most common reported side effect during the first couple doses is short term memory loss, possibly due to its initial decrease of BDNF levels or inhibition of pyramidal cells in the hippocsmpus. Sub-chronic and chronic usage is where you'll see appreciable gains in neurotrophins and subsequently, memory, perception, sociability, etc.

Is phenotropil and pircetam a good combo? With cdp choline?
I just dosed 50 mg of phenylpircetam with 400mg phosphasadyl choline .along with 200mg of caffenine. Well see how this works out.
With the short memory loss ,are you reffering to phenotropil? And by chronic , do you mean daily use ,month on month off kinda schedule?

Phenylpiracetam should stack well for those days you need it with piracetam and citicoline. Just remember to use it sparingly. Consider it more like a stimulant, as it most certainly builds tolerance.

From my experience, one to three days in a row will achieve observable and lasting effects on energy, mood, and motivation after cessation. Effective break periods will vary per individual, but I've found I can take phenylpiracetam a couple times per week and avoid tolerance, particularly by utilizing a 50 mg dose. Three or more times in a row and you might be looking at a good 7-10 day break. A full ten-day course and you're looking at the rest of the month off and increased risk of severe headaches. Of course, YMMV.

Short term memory loss is for Noopept upon initiation of use during the first couple uses. Some people, myself included, have found it will initially cause instances of some short term memory loss like forgetting the location of something you put down ten seconds ago. This is possibly due to the observed one-dose reduction in BDNF in the hippocampus or inhibition of pyramidal neurons. This side effect quickly abates though as and shouldn't be something to worry about for most people.

By chronic, I mean at least a week of use up to three months, as Noopept's effects are cumulative.

Thnx for the info ,, much appreciated ... .Phenylpiracetam has been fun ! It does build tolerance quick though. ..Im up to 100mg-150 a day , so its probably time to break , ... on a side note , it seems i dont get much from pircetam or noopept .Just a sense of spaceness and head fog.... So ill just stay away from those for awhile. Im about to start tianeptine, to see how that works out ... and probably gonna play with adrafinil, though is seems modalert is a more potent option for stimulating results... ..

Illl keep an update - :-D

I wanted to start a new title , but i have to be a member ?? thought i was already ??
We'll anyways , I havnt been able to find anything on mixing pehnotropil and adrafinil So . i will update my own findings .
Today , I took 15-30 mg of phenylpiracetam (carphedon) then about 30mg of adrafinil ...the carphedon has been fun the past week , took one or two days off , but mostly on it , the list could go on and on about the many great effects from this stuff .. Its simply amazing ,(music, colors, speech, conversing, eye cordination have all been enhanced signifigantly),
Well today im mixing the two since the pheyl. is not as potent ,so im slowley shifting from one to the other ..That way i can come back to carphedon in a week or so since its my fav out of all nootropics i've tried so far .
What are your thoughts on this ?? ( i mean mixing the two together ... I'm aware that adrafinl is rough on the liver so i wont take that everyday ..
I took adrafinil before the gym once and it really peped up my workout . Same with phenotropil. ( ive routed out noopept and pircetam completly from my diet)
Any insight would be appreciated ... :)
