I do not believe so.
Almost all industrial processes using robots require multi sourced refined materials and components at this stage. We probably do have assembly line robots capable of assembling themselves if all the basic subcomponents are present.

Maybe it could be engineered. It would take a very big machine, that would refine the raw materials and then the machine would use them to replicate itself. But i don't believe such a machine has been built (for practical reasons, probably it wouldn't be as economic as just building one from already refined materials and in an industrial large-scale way), even though we have to technology for doing it.
