Seems like emodin might be good for us. Possesses antiviral, immunosuppressive, anti-inflammatory and anticancer effects.

Perhaps lowers our risk of colon cancer by speeding passage of the contents. I think I will take a cap or two of countrylife in addition to my regular 98% t-res dose.

It does seem like there are a lot of benefits proven by research, though I do think much of the antiviral, antimicrobial, anticancer etc. where in vitro not in vivo.
