I'm currently taking 50 mg sertraline per day, and 45 mg mirtazapin.
can I combine this with 1 mg Selepryl daily or a couple of times a week without adverse reactions?
Please advise

There is some limited evidence suggesting that Selegiline can be combined with SSRIs, but the risk doesn't seem worth it. Sertraline is less selective at 5-HT sites than newer SSRIs (e.g. escitalopram), and may have some dopaminergic activity - increasing the likelihood of an interaction with Selegiline.

What do you think of this combo:
5mg Adderall XR 2 times daily (10mg total)
1mg selegiline citrate 2 times daily (2mg total)
30mg PEA 3 times a day (90mg total)
100mg tramadol 2 times daily (200mg total)
100mg caffeine (via coffee) 2 times daily
80mg tea (green & yerbe mate mixture) 1 time daily
ANY INTERACTIONS? AT THESE SUCH LOW DOSAGES?

I think I will augment it to this for safety concerns:
5mg Adderall XR once daily (5mg total)
1mg selegiline citrate 2 times daily (2mg total)
50mg tramadol 3 times daily (150mg total)
