I think ralph machio looks mid to late 30s. Definitely not as bad as most 47 year olds. I don't know where you get that he looks his age. You people definitely overestimate your own ability at guessing. Of course you already knew his age, thus very convenient for you to have stated you'd know it.Actually I would have guessed Ralph Macchio was his age but he does have a boyish quality to him. However I think that's due to his bone structure, voice, demeanor, etc..
In the YouTube video Matt posted which was from BBC comparing the two middle aged men, the one whom was doing CR looked so much better/younger. Of course I don't think vanity is what drives people to practice CR.
I think I do look my age because I've seen myself change over the last decade. I have eaten a lot of sugar and poor quality food throughout my life and I had innumberable severe sunburns in childhood. The only healthy things I've done in life is exercise consistently since early teen years and drink a lot of water. However, people ask me if I'm in college, if I live with my parents, if I just graduated. I used to wonder why people assumed I was some loser living with my parents or why they thought I went to school instead of work. (I'm 36.) The last couple of times I just asked and they said they thought I was in my early 20s and other people tell me that's why people ask me. All I can say is people are very poor at determining age. I think an immature sounding voice and other factors subconsciously influence a person's perception of what a person looks like to them. Maybe in a couple of years people will be adding a decade to me instead.

Especially if he dyed that little bit of grey out of his hair and colmed it down. But it's still obvious he hasn't been taking care of his skin as far as sun protection goes, but he still looks in his mid/late 30s.I have to wonder where are these 50 year olds that look as young as Ralph?

Yeah I agree. Ralph in that video looks more healthy and just as young as most 35 year olds I know!

Ok guys, this is my first post here and I just stumbled on this thread and thought it's a good reason to register. So get ready to be shocked.
This guy is 42 (and yes - he realy is):
I don't know about link posting rules much, but you can look at more of his pics here: http://forum.bodybui...a...399&cat=500 . I was like "No way, this can't be true" when I first saw him, but it seems he says truth.

Leto At 36
Almost 38. Even with the beard looks no older than 27
Almost 38 looking like a thin 25 year old.

No, he looks young. I guess femininity is associated with youth. If I didn't know his age prior i'd think he was around my age.

Looks more feminine than young.

Well, then I guess you won't care when I say he looks his age to me. I consider myself in a good position to judge because I actually personally count a lot of late-30 and early 40-somethings in my circle of friends, so I know what this age group actually looks like.

Yes, this thread looks like it's becoming dependent on whether the people the posters know in their 30s and 40s have good or bad genes in regards to a youthful apppearance. I'd like to point out I think Fountain is in contact with the poor gene pool. (I'm sure he'll reply.)

Yes I think it is safe for us to assume that the opinions of young girls is more valid than that of 40 something year old men in this regard. I swear the only people I have ever heard say he looked his age were guys in their 40s on this web site. Someone's biased...To prove my earlier point, here's a video with him, just look what amount of comments are about his amazingly young looks at his age --> http://www.youtube.c...?v=Iif98p8JQaE#

Well, for you maybe, but I'm sure not for majority of other ppl. And what di you mean by "this age group looks like"? Does he has wrinkles? No. Does he has some kind of eyebags? No. Does his skin tone looks old/wore down? No. Does he has some kind of sagging in his face? No.
So tell me - what are the obvious signs that put him over the 30yo?

Well, to me it is the fact that I'm over 40 and he looks only slightly older than me.
