I don't think that my hair is dry because of hormones, I just have naturally very thick, poufy and frizzy hair, heehee ^-^ It's been like that since puberty started! ^-^ Before that, my hair was darker, short and completely straightsie ^-^ I wasn't always happy with my hair until relatively recently, heehee ^-^ Nowsies, I LOVE my hair! ^-^ I don't even want to straighten it anymoresies ^-^

My hair is really curly and thick too. I think it also started since puberty maybe.
I had hard time liking it being puffy, messy and curly/wavy ^^ now I know it's better
Same here. Thin, slightly wawy hair after puberty became thicker and pretty curly if I let 'em grow. Though I like it. Even more I like that they darkened quite a lot in the last 3 years or so and seems to continue doing so, some of my friends starts getting gray hair here and there and mine gets darker lol, I have no idea why is this happening. I just know that my father had completely white/blonde hair and they became darker and darker to a very black, very curly state in a few years, though he still was a child then..

Actually, after watching a few videosies of myselfie from my 7th, 8th, and 9th Birthdaysies, my hair actually is very thick there! Now that I think about it, I think that the reason it was so straight is mostly because it was so short, heehee ^-^ I think that my hair has gotten much curlier since then, but it's really always been very thick and a bit coarse since age five or so, heehee ^-^
Yaysies! ^-^

Some you look 15, and a couple photos you look closer to 20. :-) Still good though. But not good to maintain that weight long term... Once you're older and you try to lose the weight, you'll have loose skin, right now your young so it will tighten up nicely. So do something about your weight. :-) Better sooner than later!

LOL, I like her, it's a bit annoying, but what the hell - she's "weird" afterall.
BTW, this mans pic probably dosn't say anything for most of you, so I need to introduce - it's Mr R.Coleman, 8x Mr.Olympia winner, now retired (says he'll come back for one more shot). Why I post this pic? Well - this dude has cruised (and still does) on a gallon of testosterone, HGH and hell knows what more for over two decades (probably close to three at the moment). He's 45 in this pic (was taken yesterday or so). Doesn't seem like all the hormones took much of a toll on his appearance, kinda vice versa:
Ronnie's awesome. Down-to-earth guy too.

I know that far from everyone here are interested in being "jacked" till the "old" age, but it's inspiring none the less. What a dedication and application. Mr Robinson obviously isn't CR practicioner and eats some grilled foods, but he's pretty knowledgeable on "anti aging" type of stuff and keeps himself decently supplemented + foods are quality ones (if we exclude fried chicked or so..).

And here's a 108 yo dude who seems to be still going strong:
Gives some tips on diet and talks about his lifestyle. Not surpsisingly he's on the RAW food side, not 100 percent, but still.. And probably practices some CR without knowing it as he eats small amounts of food through the day.

I always thought Robby Robinson was one of the most amazing over 60 guys in the world. There are also better pictures, and videos were he moves like a young man.
Of course it's not possible and not even desiderable to be big as him (it's genetic + diet + hard work + steroids he took in his youth) but I think that we can learn from him.
If one can mantain the body composition (muscle mass and low body fat) of a fit 20 year old (thanks to weight training and cutting bad carbo) I think the battle of looking young (and acting and feeling young) is half won.

Yea lots of people say I look about 18-20 much of the time. So if I am, say, biologically about 18-20 you could be my biologically younger brother at about 16-17. You're beating me darn it! It must be that cleaner european air! Gimme some! Is the camera you are using free of flash? That is the one dilemma I find with the iphones built in camera. No flash=horrid images.
