I don't know, she looks like the classic Florida / L.A. surgery mamma, kind of unnatural, the big lips are overdone to me.

Annousenka you are a very pretty girl, and look even prettier in the last photo when you were almost 13 and a little thinner than you are now. You should give a low-carbohydrate diet a go, you will find you lose weight quite easily, and probably start looking even better than you did at 13!

Thank you! ^-^ Yes, it's my goal to be the same weight that I was at 13 because I've been the same height since then, heehee ^-^ The diet that I'm following is kind of medium - low carb - y. I have oatmeal, lots of fruits and vegetables, especially salads, and chicken or salmon, and wasa crackers with almond butter or boursin cheese or turkey as snackies, heehee ^-^ I'm also allowing myself to have Petit Ecolier and Pims cookies (just one after lunchie and dinnersie, heehee), but aside from that, I'm not going to be eating too many carbs unless it's a special occasion or a weekend or something, heehee ^-^ I'm starting this completely strictly tomorrowsies! ^-^ Also, I'm doing workouts every daysie, heehee ^-^ I do a little bit of aerobics and some toning aftersie and I try to stay active throughout the daysie ^-^ I should be back to my normal weightsie within several monthies, heehee! ^-^ I'll keep posting picturesies as I progress and I'll continue to look younger and youngersie! ^-^

Yaysies! ^-^

He was great on Lost. Was distraught when he died toward the end of the first season.

He just has model good looks and he also looks kinda young for 31: the combo is unstoppable.

I was reading something on eating yourself old (think it was Men's Health UK) and it was all anti sugar and reasonably aligned with CRON, and I am inclined in this direction, but think there is a weakness:

Anecdotal evidence suggests that ample amounts of subcutaneous may fat thwart the destructive effects of AGEs, at least in some cases. Fat-faced peeps I know often have very good skin, and it's not just from the fat filling out the collagen net. The very surface is clear and not full of chancres and keratinous deposits and discolorations and so on:
This all cant be explained by the extra fat filling out the face, therefore, it may be reasonable to assume that the fat absorbs or provides a space for the sugar to expend itself without damaging the delicate facial surface. Maybe the capillary-lipo-cellular matrix of the subcutaneous fat contains and expels the bad and sends all the good to the skin surface.

(NOTE: The above 'anecdotal evidence' is my own observations! I don't want to sound like I obtained this information from a reliable source: just a subjective impression and opinion)

As we've seen with Jared leto (as Jared has a very thin, structured face) it is not necessarily fat which contributes to youthful appearance, but lack of sagging. My guess is the relative strength of connective tissue (in conjunction with a small amount of subcutaneous fat) is very important in this regard. Muscle atrophy cannot help matters here either.

Jared (vegetarian) at 38. Really looks no different than pictures of when he was 20.

I invite all you pussy cowards who keep criticizing other peoples pictures to post some of yourself. Don't give us some bullshit about 'anonymity' either. No one will stalk you and you know it! Why? because you're not special enough to stalk. My guess is most of you are old, bitter and jealous and THAT is the sole reason you do not wish to post pictures of yourselves. I do give credit to the people here who have had courage to post pictures of themselves though. But to all you anonymous pussies, your criticisms are nullified till you post pictures.

Ok, Fountain, I will say what you seem to crave to hear so much. YOU ARE ABSOFUCKINLUTELY HOT AND YOUNG LOOKING, GREAT HAIR, GREAT LIPS, GREAT EVERYTHING, EVERYONE WOULD TOTALLY STALK YOU AND YOUR GIRLFRIEND IS THE HOTTEST, IT SO ROCKS TO BE THE FOUNTAIN. And I am bitter and jelous, but as young as you actually. There. This thread has officially gone mad.

I'm not saying anyone would stalk me. I'm saying the people who are so critical need to put up or shut up. Because obviously many of them are self delusional. I have seen Matt criticized too for looking 'undeveloped' or whatever. And of course the people who said this never once posted a picture of themselves. They know who they are and they know WHY they have never posted a picture of themselves. Anonymity nothing.

"30s" my ass :|?

(yeah I know - expression looks stupid and hair too. My gf asked to send her some pic of me, as we haven't seen each other for some time, so I did my best. Though I have short hair at the moment. Oh, and droopy eyelids are hereditary). Won't hold it for long here, though I'm not affraid to show myself @ this board.

Hey, VidX, you don't happen to have maybe Slavic or Skandinavian ancestry ? I'm asking because many guys in my country look somewhat similar to you, the high cheek bones are characteristic here. Hell, actually I look a bit like you bro only that I shave my head ( I'm not gonna post any pictures though so that Fountain could have a go at me ). Oh, and Fountain, I think most people here that are critisizing don't mean your looks, they are critisizing just you.

Hmm... I guess you could say that, as I'm an Eastern European, so slavic roots are somewhere around more or less..
I'd like to shave my head too, but I'd look horrible, so I keep my hair somewhat on a longer side (not long like in this pic, it wasn't too comfortable and my hair are on a flimsy side, even if they curl, so a little longer then really short is the way to go for me..)..

heh, ok, that clears up the mystery :|? , for some reason I thought you were American. Actually once the head is bald, it shocks you at first but after some time you begin to like it and it's hard to grow the hair again ( at least that was my case ), take care.

Definitely agreed.
I guess I was making a case for certain types of youthful appearance but by no means all forms of it.

Jared Leto is awesome. I have mad respect for him.

Women are contradictory, deceptive creatures (not all of them, but alot). So it is a moot point to discuss their inherent tendencies here because honestly, I don't think any of us know what those are. I am just privileged to have met some open minded, beautiful and gifted ones who don't play too many games.

TheFountain, if people just realized that you are a sage, they would stop thinking of you as a douche bag.

If you want to come out and say you're gay for Ian Somerhalder, I will not judge you.

Some people are just born with great genetics. He is obviously one of them. I wonder if he, or any of the other celebrities featured in this thread, use sunscreen regularly? I see a lot of 'forever young' celebs sporting a perennial tan. You'd think that would be bad for their skin?

I used to get a lot of sun as a kid, and being very fair, I am worried about the damage I have accumulated. My skin is fairly stretchy and as an act of aging paranoia, since about age 21 I have been crazy with sunscreen usage and sun avoidance. Hopefully that preserves some of my youth.

He's in his 30s and plays a role of a guy in his early 20s.

He mentioned in one of the interviews that growing up as a model and living with other models, he's used to not having anything to eat. Their fridge had nothing in it except a 3 year old jar of mustard.

I agree its genes. But I also like to think that his easy lifestyle, surrounded by fitness & make up consultants, lack of daily stress, cool circle of friends, plenty of sex, low food consumption (especially pro-aging food) contributed to it.

I have read an interview with Ian S., he attributes his looks and all that to the fact that his mother brought him up as a vegetarian kid, he was referring to being raised on soy milk, along the lines. Whether he still is a vegetarian ( or a vegan), I can't remember though.
