Very true most of the people maintain their look thats becuase they take care , take fresh friuts , lot of water . And I very much agree supplements play a Important role . As after a certain age you skin starts loosing collagen and for that ypu have to take skin supplements rich in vitamins .Wrinkles... you should see some of my old high school mates. Most of them have receding hairlines and deep forehead wrinkles and they're the same age as me!
Yes, so we can agree that it's all relative to what kind of sample you're looking at right?Matt, sure the supplements are working, just not as well as CR.
Well I was just joking around , I think supplements do play a bit of a role in helping maintain youthful appearance.
False.
Oh and Weisz is the best mature lady posted on this thing so far.

Rachel Weisz? A "mature lady"? I don't think so! 1970 was so recent! Oh, goshie, what is wrong with people?! I can't believe people who think that the '90s were a long time agosie

Thanks, Matt. That does mean much coming from one of the genuinely preserved set here.
Quick question:
What sort of physical exercise/activity do you engage in, cause I HAVE to find some form of satisfying routine, since my physique is really close to seriously lagging (not sagging!).
Brisk walking, yoga, soccer, resistance training, aerobics, calisthenics, something. Your recommendation would be like from a physical trainer/dietician due to the genuine nature of your credentials (better than any degree on a piece of paper).
Warning: I may take whatever you suggest and run with it since I so badly need a starting point, something to grasp onto, just to get rolling.
Not to lay this all on Matt, and anyone else's suggestions would be much appreciated as well.
Thanks and enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Do a type of martial arts, I recommend Kung fu like nam pai chaun or Wing Chun. I've been really active all my life with many martial arts and sports. I think that not only will these improve your sitaution but they offer a lot of other benfits too. I think self defence is good for staying alive, wouldn't you say? =) Do some yoga aswell. Watch some bruce lee movies or something, get inspried haha. Really do give it a go!

28 year old Mario: Has a phobia of death and aging, so he constantly wears moisturiser and sunblock and always exercises 'to be young and beautiful'
Compare him to: 30 year old Ben. Likes to tell people he's 27.
And 25 year old Nathan: A 'jack the lad'
I know the lighting is unflattering for the last two, and we don't know what their lifestyles are like (although i can hazard a guess!), but just take a look at the difference in their skin!

Arthur De Vany (Grandfather of Evolutionary approach to Fitness and Lifestyle/Diet) at 74 years of age:
Looks fantastic! Especially considering he looks to have a decent tan and most likely has nothing resembling a skin care regimen.

I am amazed he doesn't get talked about more on these forums, I think he is coming up with some really incredible stuff. In some of his lectures & writings he bashes CR a little maybe that's why he doesn't get much play around here He doesn't disagree with its effectiveness, just I guess sceptical of its benefits to long-lived humans over his diet and IF plus he is just after maximum health and fitness and comes from an ex-Olympic weightlifting and minor league baseball background...Whoa shit, why have I never heard of this de Vany? What are your opinions of his research?
For those who haven't heard of him before (from Wikipedia):
Arthur De Vany (born 1937), Professor Emeritus of Economics at the University of California, Irvine, is an American economist, mathematical behavioral scientist, and author of a definitive book on the economics of motion pictures titled: Hollywood Economics: How Extreme Uncertainty Shapes the Film Industry. He is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.
I am a paid member of his private site and have consumed nearly all material he has put out including years of blog posts and his DVD (4 DVD pack) of his small EF conference which has over 7 hours of video. He has had a book coming out for ages which got put on hold a couple years ago when his wife died, but now I believe it is scheduled to come out this December. He is also largely responsible for my recent study of a masters of economics!
A couple more photos I just found on his site:
I believe these below were when he was younger (as in in his 60s!):
A few good interviews with him:
Evolutionary Fitness from the desk of Clarence Bass
Times Online: Evolutionary Fitness: the diet that really works
New Scientist: Yabba dabba dooo!
TNation: Evolutionary Fitness An Interview with Art De Vany, Ph.D.
Actually I have so much stuff I should stop myself there, I think a post just on Art would be better suited (will do soon).

~26-27, BUT just because you have a well developed face with pronounced maleness features, imho. Skin looks great, if you'll keep your regimen - you shouldn't change much for a long time from now on..

If you can show me a 64 year old that is biologically as young as Justin Bieber, you'd get my attention.
Haha.. not like we have anything better, in that age range, at the moment anyway...
