They say child stars age faster than the rest of us, but I became the exploding Nazi at the end Indiana Jones when I found this:
http://en.wikipedia....ki/Jason_Earles
This is "Jackson" from Hanna Montana. ... 1977 ?!?!? How is he going on 33 years old?
I am reading that he has a growth hormone disorder like Andy Milonakis. He is realy short so it could possibly be true. Just another confirmation that growth=aging, or at least the outward appearance of it. Pro-Growth foods (I.E testosterone precursors) might not be the best thing for staying young looking.
Dude, He does NOT look that young. He may have a natural baby face, but it looks like the baby face of a 30 year old.
What are you talking about? What looks 30-ish about him? Specifics, not abstract statements! He looks about my age or a little younger (22-25) to my eyes.

yah he has a baby face but his skin looks really mature, thick, and probably had lot of sun exposure. I don't really like going on just one photo though, prefer video or real life. Photos not always the best I think. vidx, thats a cute smiley face hahaha. mines better.
Dude he looks no older than you do in all honesty. Not in the suit/tie picture but the other one someone posted of him. What about this one? If you think he looks older than you in this picture but i'm sorry I think not.

Yeah he looks young!!!! As I said before, I hate just looking at photos and prefer to see a video. He sounds really young also. I know some 18-20 year olds that look the same age. Jason to me looks around 18.
A lot of people are saying he has a disease :S But actually most people say this when they see someone look so young.

The beginnings of a double chin, sinking under left eye, and nasal labial folds. These are all part of his genetic make up and will catch up with him soon. Yes, he has a baby face, but like I said, the baby face of a 30 year old.
What you and many others may not realize(maybe because you are still fairly young) is that 30 is NOT an age where people necessarily show signs of aging. Most of the people I knew, including myself, at the age of 30, still looked very very young and vibrant. NONE of these people were on a raw food diet or any kind of strict anti aging regimen. Most of them actually had partied quite a bit in their late teens and 20s, but nothing too extreme on a regular basis. They always have a good balance and regularly exercised.
I will admit, If you don't begin to clean up your act in your late 20s or early 30s and avoid too much sun, stress, and lack of sleep, signs of aging could begin to catch up to you sooner than later.

type in his name on google and age, you'll see so many websites there are discussions about his age. Obviously people do think that he looks extremely young for his age, he sounds like a teenager as well. Aging begins much earlier than 30 I think, and well, the average 30 year old do not get so much attention about how old they look. This guy obviously has been. Look at the video!! =O That picture is just not a good one. Look at him in videos and you see how young he comes across. Check out the videos i posted above or this one

Folds appear just when he smiles, that's because that excess of a tissue above them pushes upon and forms a "drape" of a skin. Most of the young people with fuller faces would look the same. And his eyes aren't sunken, he just has that "baby fat" on his face (still) that it makes eyes look like they are "sunked". Double chin.. have you seen how many teenagers have this these days? Overall - Matt put it right - just read the amount of comments of how many 15year olds are drooling over him, and you'll understand that guy probably doesn't look 30 at all to majority of people. And yes - video shows that a lot better.

Some people just have naturally droopy eyes at a young age (look at pictures of sylvester stallone when he was about 25!). But Nasolabial folds? Dude, you are aware that the guy is smiling in that picture right? I wouldn't call them nasolabial folds so much as the natural contours that form when someone is smiling. We all get them. I have seen 18 year olds with slight nasolines from smiling so much. And lots of people get superficial doubling of their underchin area when they scrunch their heads back, check out the other picture I posted of him. To most peoples eyes he looks like a 18-22 year old (with naturally droopy eyes?) but don't take my word for it just look at the hundreds of youtube comments of people who are shocked at how old he is.

In other news, I may have found another blue zone: Sagada, Phillipines http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sagada
Buddy at work, who at 32 looks much younger than James Earles, was telling me about back home. The simple, healthy diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables and a small amount of meat, lifelong hard work, mild climate and tight knit families. Two of his great grandparents lived (supposedly) to 110. Sounds like a cross between okinawa and huzna

You have cause and effect mixed up here. He was chosen for the role BECAUSE he looks so young! Not vice versa.People are shocked because he dresses like a teen and plays one teen on TV.
They must use a ton of makeup and product to push back the clock. Take away the hairdo, clothes and makeup and he'd look a healthy late 20's.
What hairdo? What is teenish about his hairdo? Grown men don't have hair? huh? what? What planet are you from?

This is true. It is a common misconception among 20-somethings. I also had it, and then I got into my 30s and looked better than I did in my 20s, and not older.
Most males (who don't let themselves go) really reach their peak in their 30s. In fact, if you look at an objective indicator like average testosterone levels, they are higher in the 30s than they are in the 20s.

Grown men usually don't have hair hanging down in their face. A few have long hair, but not styled that way. It's really a teen/kid haircut. You don't get a sense of where their hairline is either and a higher hairline is a sign of maturity. They must use a ton of makeup and product to push back the clock. Take away the hairdo, clothes and makeup and he'd look a healthy late 20's.

Well I know plenty of adults (males) with a haircut like that (I have one myself.. kinda similar..). It's actually not even a haircut (at least in my case). I just let my hair grow and hang however they "want".. sort of a "bohemian" look. Though his young features makes his haircut look "young" too (and we've had a good example from myspace lol). And far from every male get a high hairline. No male in my family has that, full head of hair, even the grandpas.
Plenty of ADULT men have haircuts like that? Get real dude.

I think it largely depends on where you are in this world. I think it is generalized to say the majority of men don't let their hair grow out. But I would say the majority of insecure american males probably have crew cuts. My view is if you have hair, appreciate it while you do and experiment with it. There is absolutely no reason to have a crew cut unless you join the military. That said it depends on where you are. In the east village more men are prone to longer hair styles, same in several college towns I have been to. Other college towns seem dominated, unfortunately, by the crew cut look. These are usually suny campuses and other preppie centric locations. Colleges which tend to attract artistic types more is where one may encounter longer hairstyles in men more. Unfortunately much of america is currently dominated by men who feel this inexpplicable need to be part of the pack and to shave their heads. But in places like western europe, new zealand and many many many other places around the world I am sure this is not the case.

Well maybe it's not surprising at all to me, because I tend to be in the circles of people art oriented.. I know that a usual "Professional" male won't let hair to grow that long, etc.. but it's far from "just a teenager haircut" lol..
