Anyone noticed that sugar hurts performance?

Perhaps even coffee seems to disrupt my drive and motivation it seems.

Hugely interested in this. I have tried Pira, Alcar, melatonin and a bit of noots more, was thinking in MB, B12, Rhodiola, Aswhagandha, Bacopa, Licorice root and some more... but now giving a big step directly onto CRB, need a mind and even an emotional/motivational boost, have no time now to be experimenting with various minor nootropics, at least for now. I need to be able RIGHT NOW to put some order in my life, hope this helps.

Yet not sure on my schedule dosage, maybe the classic four weeks 5 days on / 2 days off, maybe the every other day until 20 injections are done. Was thinking too, trying 25 5 ml injections instead the 20, as I have a really bad overall situation, to get the maximum benefits. This would be five weeks five days a week, or 50 days, every other day. Wich option is better in your opinion?

I have seen in gerovital shop, 5x5 ml costs 35 euros, while 5x10 ml costs 55 euros. That is the question. Is there a way of getting the 10 ml vials instead the 5 ml and dividing each vial in two 5 ml doses? How could I store the other dose? Multidose vials?

I would not recommend it, but the easiest thing to do was to load 2 5ml pumps each time you cracked a vial.
Other option would be to buy empty sterile containers to hold the last 5ml. Not sure if the process would be more sterile than just loading 2 syringes at a time.
Third option would be to inject 10ml by IV

Not sure what you mean by pump ( sorry for my imperfect english) but I assume you propose doing 10 ml IM injection in two different syringes. I would like testing 10 ml per day, unfortunately, even with the economic CRB purchased in gerovital, I cannot afford it by now...

Regarding to storing the half dose, what is the max time you should wait to use CRB since it comes in contact with air in order to prevent microorganisms to grow on it? I remember reading in this thread it was about 24 hours ( have read the thread 3 or 4 times, but cannot remember it exactly), is it right? That leaves me a big dilema, if I choose the every other day dosage, it would force me to get the 5 ml vials, as leaving CRB 48 hours post air contact could be a danger for infections...

I have been thinking about what posted many hours ago, what is the point on leaving a 5 ml CRB dose in a multidose or sterile vial if it has ALREADY touched the air? Could be possible to introduce it and expect to keep being a sterile dose? If not, there is no difference on leaving it in a plastic water bottle LOL. I am lost on this.

There is no such 'official limit'. The sooner you use the second 5ml the better but you can keep it in a syringe in a ziploc bag in the fridge for at least a few days. I believe at least some people on here split a vial in 2 5ml dosages on friday and have one on the friday and the next one on monday. I personally split my 10ml vials into 3 ~3.3ml dosages and leave them in ziploc bags in the fridge without experiencing any problems.

16 injections done, and no real improvements. The last couple of days I've experienced more mental energy, but this could just be my daily form. So all in all, nothing really worth mentioning yet.

I can update by saying i defnitely have more mental energy..

I work alot these days in User Experince design, and concept development. UX and CD in mobile is a fine art of trimming ALL fat, and finding out how to get things done more effectively..
For this, I ROCK these days.
If it is the CRB that has an effect, i dont know.

However, my appartment is still extremely tidy and i cant have "stuff" lying around, not done.
I have had a few sleep issues during the last period. But the last 2 days i have slept as i did before starting CRB.

I'll keep shooting it. Maybe i will up the dose, and do 10ml IV. Just to give it a try:)

troubleis, nice to hear you respond to it!

I will definitely get help on the ordering stuff aspect, my room is almost a neanderthal man with diogenes syndrome cave

You guys noted if Cerebrolysin could be beneficial or detrimental to the heart? Somekind of heartbeat euphoria that could make your heart, lungs, vascular system in the whole... working more? Rate, blood pressure, palpitations or arrythmias...

Also, what is the rush feeling after injecting it? Is it a kind of high feeling or what? Or just your heart running on pure emotion?

Hmm.. I've only had 1 "rush" so far.. I got up too late to for an appointment, and had to turbo-shoot-up in the bathroom during a break in the meeting i was attending.. Suddenly the few colors existing in my office just jumped out and 'attacked' me. Nice feelings spread in my body, and i got some sort of nicotine-high-feeling without the discomforts.. Lasted for about 5 minutes. I hadn't had the time to eat and it was 3 hours past usual breakfast time. Maybe that had a role!

Still to this day, i'm not sure if what things I observe, usually looking back, is merely placebo. I can say however, that i have stepped up my game seriously, CB being the culprit or not. I will continue taking it, as i can honestly say CB has impaired me in any way. That i know for sure :)

I can say I have been continuously getting benefits from CB. I completed my first week and today I am taking a day off of it.

There is no withdrawal and the effects seem to be lasting. I think I am more motivated (especially at leaving bed) and long texts are easier to read. I am pretty sure my short term and long term memory is benefiting from CB too. Yesterday, I started injecting as usual and apparently I had hit a vein. Upon taking the needle out, blood started going everywhere. I applied pressure to the area and it stopped bleeding after 5 minutes.

That's happened to me several times. It's a pain in the ass, but doesn't really hurt at all. It can easily get on your clothes though :( You usually meet some resistance hitting a vein, so just pull out if you meet any.

I will be more careful the next time but when it happens, more CB for me. :)

Also, I've extensively been trying CB with stimulants. I didn't have the chance to try it with amphetamines yet but it is fine with methylphenidates. Actually, no interaction whatsoever.

Hi All, I have been reading the cerebrolysin thread for a while and am pretty experienced with nootropics (noopept, piracetam, aniracetam, citicholine). I also take vyvanse and wellbutrin daily. I ordered cerebrolysin from both gerovitaly and diamondpharmaceuticals a long time ago. I received two shipments of 15*10ml from gerovitaly and completed a month of 5 days on 2 days off.

I can't say I noticed any major effects. About a week in a noticed big mood improvements and fluency of speech, but I can't be sure this was not placebo and did not last. After a month and a half I received the shipment from diamondpharmaceuticals (15*5ml) and noticed a difference between the two cerebrolysins. Diamond's came with the hologram sticker (although it was broken on all boxes, which I believe may have been done in customs). Gerovitaly's did not have the hologram. I read earlier in this thread that the packaging may differ between countries but what is more troubling is the consistency of the cerebrolysin is clearly different from both sources. The diamond pharma cereb is much more viscous (harder to get out of syringe) and does not form as many bubbles when filling the syringe, especially if you end up sucking in air at the end.

Should I be concerned that one of these is fake? I have been using the diamond pharma version for a week and can't say I notice much either. Of course, who knows how my daily vyvanse and bupropion would affect cereb.

Is it normal for different consistency between batches/countries? The actual ampules seemed the same and had the logo imprinted on them under the label, other than the 5ml ones being smaller.

There shouldn't be a consistency difference. Having bought CB from a European pharmacy, I can tell you that CB shouldn't be any more viscous than water. As far as I know, all CB is manufactured by Ever Neuro Pharma.

Also, when it comes to the effects... I have been feeling something that I have never gotten from any other nootropic. I am more aware of my surroundings than I normally am. I remember as a kid I was much more perceptive. It was as if I was able to take in more visual and auditory stimuli from the world in unit time. This 'flux' of stimuli decreased as I grew up. Now it seems to be getting back to where it used to be.

Inwould suggest to compare the smell and even taste it at first. Thats probabbly the only way. You could also try to validate the batch and the serial nbersnon the vial and the box.

Very detailed description, thanks! :)

I will insist on this, however. Have serious doubt about some concern. The reason why asked this, is I had a viral acute pericarditis three years ago. Lets say, despite it cured and doctors said I am OK, pericarditis really never goes. Unless you get a Pericardiectomy, which is a surgical removal of the pericardium.

Since that episode, for example, I found the high that weed provides somewhat uncomfortable, as my heart outside layer has lost elasticity in some points and I currently feel my heart beating as if it could not expand at all.

SO, sorry for this off topic, but the question is, you think Cerebrolysin could be vasculary stimulant or increase heart rate as weed does, for example? I am worried the rush effect and activating properties carry with them an additional stress on heart.

I had a chance to follow up with my buddy cycling Cerebrolysin. His chart continued to rise plateauing at DNB 4.5, but apparently he's self conscious of his variability in performance so you won't be seeing those results graphed here.

His progress:

- Pre-Cere: Peak DNB 3 (mean)
- Post-Cere (cycling): First followup DNB 4 (mean)
- Post-Cere (cycling): Second followup DNB 4.5 (mean)

Materially, these results are the most valuable resource I have at this time aside from published safety profile data. The returns to increasing fluid intelligence are non-linear in academia and the workplace, so these gains are promising and warrant more replication.

I'm not going to advice you in any way concerning your health or the condition of your heart.
For that, I cannot be trusted.
I can only say I shoot CB myself, I like it, and I believe it has a positive effect on me.

Sorry, you are right, I should not ask for advice on that here ;)

Probably, it wont be a real problem, as I doubt Cere puts more strain on heart than tobbaco, beer and weed I take do haha. Lets hope it let me quitting from drugs a long time.

Chairofgold, as seems, you do cycles of 1 week followed by 3 weeks off. It looks good to me, could you tell if you find this cycles more benefitial in a long term than the typical month 20 injections?

Okay, one month (20 injections) done! The only improvement I've seen is slightly more mental energy for the last few days. That's it. I will be doing one more month of 5 ml injections 5 days a week, and if that yields no further results, 10 ml injections will be next. I really think we need to move towards those clinical trial doses (20 ml), and IV injections if we are to see "genuine" results. Therefore it would be fantastic if anyone has the financial capacity and wants to go one month "all in" for this community.

I have almost 190ml left..

Im seriously considering the IV option, and going for 10ml pr day, 5 times a week..

For some reason i have no problems doing IM. But IV... I have some sort of.. eary feeling of doing IV shots.. Never tried IV injections in my life.
Plenty of SubQ and IM though!

By the way, do you use filters/filter needles for IM injections? What was the veredict about that glass particles? 5 micron filters, five units for 30 USD, its expensive as HELL.

Second week - It is definitely restoring something. I am feeling more like my younger self. Keep in mind that I am 20 years old but think that I have a certain amount of cognitive decline to recreational drug use.

However, this is pretty subjective. Fortunately, I am observing an objective effect too. I had LASIK surgery last summer and as you may already know, this surgery comes with a common side effect: dry eyes. It stems from the fact that the laser is burning the neurons on the surface of the eye, resulting in weaker tear film formation. Up until last week I had to use artificial eye drops at least twice a day, otherwise I would have blurry vision along with itching. I am no longer using these eye drops and I don't have any of these problems anymore. Cerebrolysin restored the 'damage' done by the operation and fixed my dry eyes.

Excellent news. I too have dry eye due to eye surgery.

To those who have tried both 5ml and 10ml courses, did you find an appreciable difference?

Also, a more widely answerable (hopefully) question, how do you stop loads of bubbles getting into the syringe, so you don't have to spend 5 minutes flicking the dan thing to get them all out?
