Today is day 5 for me know, no good effect to report in fact I feel my general mood is actually lower than usual. I've been getting 8hrs sleep a night buy wake up quite groggy in the morning.
the injections I find very easy now I rotate between both thighs, I found the best way to locate the muscle is to raise my leg at the knee to find the muscle ooand inject about half way up.
Speech fluency was really bad yesterday and didn't feel like socialising with anyone at work. Trying to decide whether to continue for a few more days before taking a two day break to get a bit more into my system, I know that some people had to wait a couple of weeks to get results so maybe that will be the case, just don't feel very positive at the moment.
Are there any supporting supps we should be taking with this? I read one guy mention that he ruined his Cere trial by not taking vitamin D.
Bought mine from Nootropic.eu by the way but have only heard good reports about them on here.
Anyone get a fatigued/sick feeling while taking Cerebrolysin? If so does anyone know how it might effect the immune system (specifically which cell populations it might effect)? Starting with the first day and throughout the administration period, I consistently felt fatigued and similar to how I feel right before I'm about to get sick from a virus. Also, as I mentioned before, I suspect that it is an endocrine disruptor on some level. I plan to do another run of Cere in about a week and I am going to get blood tests immediately before (Testosterone, LH, FSH, hemocrit, possibly others related to immune function) as well as one week in. After receiving the results from the week 1 tests, I may add hCG or testosterone and/or a blood thinner (if blood viscosity is too high, which is a documented side effect of Cere).
I have quite thick blood/high iron anyway and was taking IP6 to lower it before starting cere. so perhaps I should take an aspirin per day.
I also have quite low testosterone for my age (37) and previous saliva test have shown low cortisol - adrenal fatigue but that seems to have improved over the years.
