Possible synergy between all NGF / NT-3/4/5 / BDNF factors and CILTEP. I encourage anyone currently in a Cere cycle to try this out and report :D
Cyclic AMP controls BDNF-induced TrkB phosphorylation and dendritic spine formation in mature hippocampal neurons.
http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/15665879
Expression of the neurotrophin receptor trkB is regulated by the cAMP/CREB pathway in neurons.
http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/15234351
Upregulation of TrkB by forskolin facilitated survival of MSC and functional recovery of memory deficient model rats.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23313493
Thank you for your post... Where can I find these items (NGF / NT-3/4/5 / BDNF factors and CILTEP)? Are they peptides? I have never heard of them...

For those who are not experiencing benefits/results, I suggest you utilize supplementation targeting your addrenal gland.
The addrenal gland can be depleted due to many factors including stress, caffine, environmental toxins...
Here is a great article by John Meadows regarding addrenal fatigue:
https://www.t-nation...atigue_cure&cr=
Basically if you answer yes to the following, you should read the article
Answer yes or no to the following:
You spend every morning in a "fog" and just can't seem to wake up without excess caffeine.
You frequently feel overwhelmed.
You have trouble falling or staying asleep at night.
You feel unusually cranky, emotional, or frustrated.
You're lethargic most of the day.
When you get sick it takes a long time to recover.

Hello dlancelot- I will try to give my own point about 3 and 4:
A few things I feel I can contribute. As a new user here, please feel free to flame away:
1. There's a few companies in N.A. selling direct to the public the same product (at least the same pictures) as what's seen on other sites.
DrugsPremium dot com
2. Needle Free injection technology is quite popular in N.A., and, not all needle free injection companies make devices that do IM, more are SC, however, there are a few that do both (I dislike needles)
3. I have Crohn's disease and am using Imuran; does anyone have experience using an immunosuppressant with Cerebrolysin? I will be contacting the manufacturer to see if it's safe, just wondering if there's any personal experiences similar to mine.
4. Has anyone continued to take it beyond the 20 days that can comment here on their experience over the duration thus far?
IMHO, injection is a far superior delivery pathway for Noots to oral administration, and, I'm not a professional, so, don't take my word for it.
3: Serious evidence exists than Crohn's disease can be alleviated by consuming less bread/grains, legumes, potatoes, lacteous products... Cerebrolysin has some effect on inmunologic activity, but it doesn't looks like Inm. system is a primary target. I would fight the possible effects by lowering the inmunosupressor and adjusting my diet to a lesser quantity of those mentioned products.
4. The experience on long term with Cerebrolysin is hard to comment/explain. Resuming, yes, it has effects that overcome the dosing periods
The cycles or dosing periods are where main improvement is being done, via direct nervious factors that accelerate the learning capacity and somehow can cure nervous system hyperactivity/somatic diseases. I use to do it unregularly, but I can say, everyday, I wake up like I was new, something has changed in my life since I started using it. A kind of predisposition/humanity sense has been growing on me in the last one and half past year. Also, time now constantly passes slower (my evidence is my autoperception) and is more "fullable". Also, it seems Cere is allowing me to know myself better. This is hard to explain, but very REAL once you're on it.
Good luck and report first results

May I please ask the people buying injection vials of Cerebrolysin. If you buy, say, 10 ml vials, can you inject 5 ml and keep the remaining 5 ml for a later injection? Or do you have to snap the vial so it can only be used just once (i.e. cannot be used for storage). Also, do you have to keep the vials refrigerated?

That should work fine. Me and several people have done that. I buy 5ml vials because I sometimes split it into 2.5ml. I would not want to store it more than 1-2 days opened in the fridge.
Just put it in an empty syringe, and a plastic bag.
Otherwise... I believe it states to store below 25C in original package.

Thanks for that. But for someone who has never injected anything in his life, can you please clarify why the Cerebrolysin ampoules (left) look like you have to snap them to use them, while as far as I understand with ordinary injectables (right) you just have to pierce the vial with a needle? Because I have never used either, do I understand correctly that with an ordinary vial (right) you can draw as little as you like and just keep using it until it's empty without following any special storage instructions, but with the Cerebrolysin ampoules (left), you can't actually pierce anything with a needle, rather you have to snap the vial and ideally use the entire contents in one dose?

The problem is that if I want to start with 1 ml because I have no idea whether the product is legit and even if it is how it well effect me, I have to start with purchasing 1 ml vials, which cost much more per ml than if you purchase 10 ml vials.

There was afaik just one case of fake product, which was from India.
I guess its written somewhere in this thread.
May I ask from where did You have ordered it ?
Posted 28 June 2014 - 02:27 PM
I have not ordered it yet. And I don't know whether I will order it at all. I just want to get the understanding first. Another question I have is this: is a subcutaneous injection fine? I mean pinching some fat around your belly button and injecting it in there? What is the difference between this method and IM?
Posted 28 June 2014 - 03:00 PM
I dont know it exactly why IM and not subcutaneous.
I guess it has something to do with the resorbtion and therefore the effective dose which reaches the bloodstream.
Edit:
Injecting a vaccine into the layer of subcutaneous fat, where poor vascularity may result in slow mobilisation and processing of antigen, is a cause of vaccine failure1—for example in hepatitis B,2 rabies, and influenza vaccines.3 Compared with intramuscular administration, subcutaneous injection of hepatitis B vaccine leads to significantly lower seroconversion rates and more rapid decay of antibody response

I finished my 4 week course of cerebrolysin a few weeks ago now. I took 5ml 5days on 2 days off, hoping to treat poor verbal fluency, unipolar depression/dysthymia
and social anxiety. All these problems began in my early 20's after years of MDMA usage.
here is what I noticed:
Verbal fluency did seem to get slightly better, although I did have a cold at the time and I always have a clearer head when i'm sick for some reason.
General mood didn't seem to improve, however anxiety around people did seem less and this only really became apparent once I stopped taking the cere.
My sleep pattern was disrupted - in the beginning I would wake up an hour or so earlier than normal but in the last week I could have stayed in bed all day. i really had to drag myself out of bed and needed coffee to get myself going. It did feel like my adrenals were low as I have suffered from low cortisol/adrenal fatigue in the past.
After a few days of stopping the cere my sleep returned to normal and I could get up alot easier.
Another thing I noticed was my eyes were always very puffy after the 2nd week. i also get this from SSRI's.
So on the whole pretty disappointed with cerebrolysin, i am wondering if anyone has had results from their 2nd cycle when it didnt really work the first time round.
Now I have just started NSI-189 and hope this brings more positive results - on day 2 and no change yet.

No, you have to inject it IM.
And you can use one vial over several days, no problem, but you need to draw everything to the syringe, you can't store it in the vial. Then just place the syringe in a ziplock bag and keep it in the fridge.
See this!

Almost worth making a trip to Russia for that, do you mind PM'ing me the name of the pharmacy and what city? I have a few friends there that can get me some.Hi everyone. But not too restrictive.
There was a guy from Russia who sent me once Ladasten (I guess).
It was an Ebay vendor.

suppose I may have to have them send it in a suitcase at the airport? maybe a years worth?Hi everyone. Is there are people who use Cerebrolysin every day?

Average prices for Cerebrolysin in Russia:
5x5ml - 849 Russian Ruble = 24.734 US Dollar
5x10ml - 1678 Russian Ruble = 48.880 US Dollar
It's much cheaper. Unfortunately Russian post does not allow shipping medications. You must get a permission from the authorities, otherwise it will get seized. It's hardly possible to ship it successfully. I tried importing semax, ladasten, adaptol from Russia with no luck..

No, it is bad idea, because you can take with you no more 2 vials.
It's law.

Can I please ask, why do you "have" to inject IM and not SC? What if you put the unused amount into a proper injection vial and store it in the fridge then? Can you then store it for a long time?
