I am thinking of becoming a member and this is still listed as a benefit (the Journal at 1/10th the price). Is this still the case?

Sorry to say but this member benefit is no longer offered. The publisher raised the price significantly and it was no longer viable. We could ask them again to give us a discount....see if they have changed their minds.
