After reading on this forum that David Wolfe claims cacao to be a superfood, I hastily bought it at Whole Foods. It was an organic Cacao+Maca powder product.
I started putting the Cacao\Maca powder in my morning shakes (unflavored whey isolate, 1 tbsp manuka honey, vitamin d3, milled flaxseeds)
After a week, I noticed that my libido was high - can attribute this to the maca.
I also noticed that I was seriously craving the powder, and started having it twice daily (morning, post-workout).
It's week two now, and I get an incredible sense of well-being (probably due to the theobromine, phenylethylamine, etc in cacao) everytime I have this, but I have a feeling it's highly addictive so I'm stopping. In addition to this, I'm getting stomach bloating\pain.
Has anyone else had experience with cacao? Gonna do some research after this post. Peace
