That link..very good thanks for sharing! fatty/metabolic syndrome..gut permeability...it all makes sense particulary to my situation..where Im getting a fatty liver (despite being thin)
I think I might get me butyrate supplements ..apple vinegar tabs...and regularly eat butyrate productive foods.

"I would be careful with that. ALCAR/ALA, piracetam/choline, etc are not good in my case. What I do on day's that I need some extra attention span is one capsule each of ortho-mind and LEF cognitex. If I continue to take that for several day's, my RA symptoms increase a bit.
Another strange effect is that huperzine-A once in a while decreases, but if taken longer than 3 day's increases symptoms severely"

"Detoxification
The health of the membrane is synonymous with the health of the entire organism. Toxins have an affinity for fatty acids; they literally take up residence in the lipid environment and in so doing, weaken and disrupt. The probable result is early apoptosis, premature death of the cell. Generally, normal mitosis provides for new cellular growth to maintain the health of the body, i.e. the previous discussion on photo receptors. However, toxicity's affinity for lipids can easily redistribute toxins and diseased toxic lipids into the new growth. In a healthy state with adequate glutathione and ascorbate to bind the toxins before they take up new residence, the body can keep the bad guys under control. However, if defenses are weak, toxins can continually be redistributed and eventually hide in the CNS and bone where the regeneration process is at a slower pace. The goal of detoxification is to 1) encourage regrowth with a renewed effort at the correct balancing of the essential nutrients, with the exchange of high energy lipids (PUFA and HUFA) to fuel regeneration and the eventual detoxification process; and 2) at the correct time, the inclusion of the toxin removal specialists, ascorbate, chlorella, and if possible IV glutathione.
Detoxification of neurotoxins requires that the cell membrane is nourished with balanced essential fatty acids (4:1, plus HUFAs) and supportive phospholipids. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is the most abundant phospholipid of the cell membrane and protects the liver, with its 33,000 square meters of membrane, against toxicity and infection. The liver plays a pivotal role in detoxification but due to its fatty acid content and the lipid soluble characteristics of neurotoxins, lipid based interventions are required to impact toxic burdens. Once the liver has been damaged it can no longer metabolize fats normally. Pools of lipids are then deposited within hepatocytes throughout the liver. Beta oxidation of fatty acids is suppressed impairing detoxification and prostaglandin production. Extensive research with PC has revealed that it protects the liver against damage from alcohol, pharmaceuticals, environmental pollutants, xenobiotics and infection due to viral, bacterial and fungal manifestations (Lieber 1994a, 1994b, 1995, 2001a, 2001b)."
For vitamin C, I think it would be best to use powdered ascorbic acid rather than a mineral ascorbate, if your GI tract can handle it that is. Use as much as you can for each dose and use it often throughout the day. Here's a link to tell you why ascorbic acid is superior to the mineral ascorbates: http://www.vitamincf...rg/powder.shtml. There is only one way to get your glutathione levels to an optimal level, and that is either undenatured whey, raw eggs, or raw meat. I shouldn't need to tell of the danger in raw eggs or meat. The problem with whey protein is that manufacturer's can falsely claim that their product is undenatured as long as they did not apply heat during their manufacturing process. However, the milk that they bought could still could have been pasteurized. The only way it would be undenatured is if they seperated the whey right after the cows where milked and then put it through the cold process way of deriving powdered whey protein. The Cysteine needed for our bodies to make glutathione must be in the form of bonded Cysteine which is known as L-Cystine (slight difference in spelling).
In addition to that the supplement "glucuronolactone" will help detox your body also because half of it will be converted into glucuonic acid by your body, and glucuronic acid is a scavenger of garbage substances in your body. Another thing which will help is Fulvic Acid. See here: http://www.vitaleart...AcidReport.html. You get the full potential of it's cleansing abiility if you use it while fasting.
I hope this helps!

Something I've found reverses my arthritis that keeps wanting to get in my thumb is eating cooked beef tendon.
(Ala Pho but I use that technic and actually put it in all kinds of dals and soups. But, you can totally test this by eating "pho with just tendon.")
If I go without for any period, My thump starts to hurt, get stiff and catch; but, if I eat tendon on a regular basis, once a week usually, the I have zero pain and zero other symptoms with full mobility.
I've tried all the "collagen" and "bone broth" powders and they are expensive shite which help not at all.
I'm guessing the partial hydrolyzation and then digestion is preserving something; or, its just way more than you can get with a powder. Either way the difference is very noticeable - works vs nothing.
Buy at "asian markets" in the states.
I use 1-2 tendons and slow boil until soft. To do that...
Put in boiling water for about 45 min,
Remove, cool and carefully cut into about 1/2" cubes (it is stiff and hard but cuttable with a sharp knife, careful it is also slippery/springy).
Put back into the same water and add your broth to give it some flavor. Slow boil for another 3ish hours until soft.
Once it is cut you can add other slow cook items like beans when their time comes.
Keep an eye on water levels.
Then make your soup.
Eat some and freeze the rest to eat later.
Have you looked at serrapeptase, bromalin, and pregnenolone for controlling inflammation?
Also, apigenin (a bioflaviniod suppliment) seems to help with that Apigenin, a potent suppressor of dendritic cell maturation and migration, protects against collagen‐induced arthritis
Best wishes and this "anti no medical advice / I ain't no doctor" standard disclaimer.
