Anyone think that one of these is superior to the other?

I was thinking maybe they were both good extracts and one may benefit from taking both.

Well after researching further, which I should have done in the first place, I have found that EGb 761 may be sold under the name Ginkgold by Nature's Way. I'm a bit confused now because Nature's Way has a patent for their Ginkgold formulation. I am assuming that this patent means they are the only company that can sell EGb 761 in the U.S. and not that they are the company that developed EGb761.

Yeah, I am pretty sure it's the same thing. I switched from Ginkgold to Doctor's Best Ginkgo for my body temperature issues and didn't notice a difference. I also never noticed a memory improvement from any form of Ginkgo. Doctor's Best is about 14g/$7 vs. Ginkgold 9g/$25, so it's a tremendous difference.

This brand new product by MRM looks interesting: Ginkgo B

"Of the active compounds, ginkgolide B has been shown to be the most potent and effective."
