is fudging hard. I can't seem to find anywhere where it is in stock, not a scam, or a reasonable price. I've scoured these and other forums more than once. Inconclusive. Docsimon.com seems to be my last resort.

So tell us once and for all - UK people, where do you buy your piracetam? Or ani/oxi/pram if there is a source.

Try smart powders, costs more for the shipping than the actual piracetam but still works out reasonably cheap.

I also use smart powders.

There is a uk based company who ocassionally sells primaforce brand piracetam on fleabay though. But that's every now and then.

Doing a quick look they aren't selling it now.

Good lord that is expensive

They want £75 for 1kg of piracetam.

For £100 all in I got that plus pramiracetam, galantamine and Sulbutiamine from smart powders (that does include P&P) and it was with me within the week (ordered monday, received friday).

3 times the amount from piracetam from SP is 2/3 the cost

agreed, although if you want piracetam in capsules, 200 x 800mg for £30 with free P&P is the best I could find. Also no customs.

Fair enough.

I however have not paid for any import duties on items from SP *touch wood*.

I usually just put 4g into water and sip that throughout the day. As convenient as pills IMO (situation dependant).

I had to pay like 15 quid for a tub of piracetam from SP over to the uk as an extra charge!

I have ordered from QHI and docsimon. Docsimon took less than 7 days for me (live in west of England), and qhi took about 3 weeks, but it was my 1st order so I had to send them additional information.

How do the tablets compare to taking it in bulk powder form, are they more potent or do you need just the equivalent of the powder? I have heard some people say the tablets are more effective, i have only tried the powder before from primaforce when they had a uk site a while ago but they do not have this anymore, got a tiny bit left so need to re order something. Will probably go with smartpowders if i go the powder route.

I am one of the ones that do not respond to any of the racetam powders but in comparing tablets to powder, I always go for powder. It is cheaper in the long run and a lot of tablets have binders in them.

You have the option of capping powders if the taste is awful but I used to take my piracetam powder with cranberry juice and not even piracetam could alter the taste of cranberry juice. ;)

I had similar trouble a month or two back. the only one i found that actually existed for real, wasn't ridiculously expensive and actually based in the UK was http://www.sshealthfoods.com/ . If you live in the north east you can actually visit them in newcastle as they have a physical shop. It was at my door in under 24 hours after I placed the order at 11:30am.

Sales of piracetam from the US shipping to UK on ebay.co.uk have suddenly errupted. I'm wondering whether to order though because I'm concerned about the product being siezed in transit.

Aren't they trying to make this a controlled substance in the US now? Does anyone know if/when the legislation will go into effect, and whether it applies to the other racetams?

Just want to say i actually went with www.sshealthfoods.com's piracetam. It was delivered around 17 hours after i placed the order, which might have something to do with the fact that i live nearby. Anyway, i'm satisfied, i've found a reliable source ;)

Seems a bit of a brief remark Mike.

People might panic and rush out to buy some of your tubs!
Why would you forsee any future potential problems of Piracetam being imported into the UK? Piracetam is viewed as a drug in Europe but I've still been buying it from your companies for the past year and a half without any issues at all. Nothing is changing here in the UK. In the US they're just going to change its staus from a dietery supplement to a pharmaceutical drug right? Where's the problem? It just means companies such as yours may stop stocking it is that not correct? So it's going to be more a case of it becoming less accessible....Not neccessarily illegal. Still might be a good enough reason for the junkies to stock up on the powder form I grant you.

With our government, you never know. All I know is they came in, looked at it, asked how much I had and where I bought it from. Of course they already knew that as they had visited my supplier 2.5 months earlier. It took them that long to come to me. Nothing happens quickily with them, but they have no oversight. They can do whatever they want and there is no checks and balances. I have no clue of when they're likely to do something. I imagine when they do, I will get litte to NO notice of it. It could be a year, it could be next month.
