-Piracetam (capsules) <--water-soluble?
-Aniracetam (powder) <-- i know its fat-soluble, but on the package it says take with glass of water...
-choline bitartrate or alpha GPC <-- any difference how to take them?
-Lions Mane mushroom powder <-- no idea, its probably a mixture of many different substances
-fish oil <-- has been mentioned above, I don't think 1-2g is enough to help dissolving the other stuff.
-Modafinil <-- I read it should be taken with water...?

With food: Aniracetam, fish oil
Choline could possibly go either way, but it seems to work better on an empty stomach taken away from Piracetam (choline at night, Piracetam during the day).
Fish oil with food helps prevent it being burnt for fuel, rather than taken up as fat.
Taking Aniracetam on an empty stomach will result in it passing through your system unabsorbed. Try it, see if it still has any effect.

Water soluble ---> Take on empty stomach with water
Fat soluble ---> Take with food
What constitutes a water soluble or fat soluble supplement?
I know to take amino acids like DLPA and Tryptophine on an empty stomach. Also Nac should be taken on an empty stomach(or so Iv'e read on these forums).
What about multivitamins and Omega-fish oils?Should they be taken together on an empty or full stomach?Or should they be taken after a light snack?
I want to ensure maximum absorbtion.
Thanks.

Take your multis with food. A full stomach will markedly improve the absorption of the lipid-soluble vitamins, and shouldn't hurt the absorption of the others to any appreciable extent.
As for fish oil, I'd suggest that you take it with food, but I don't think that it makes much of a difference either way.

Well, water soluble drugs don't need to be dissolved in water to work. What it means is that they don't need to be taken with fatty foods to get the best bioavailability. They may still be taken with foods, but doing so will probably decrease the peak plasma concentration (i.e. will produce a longer effect that isn't quite as strong). This may be relevant when the desired effect depends strongly on reaching a certain dose, or quick onset is desirable.
So does this means that if I take piracetam with meal, the effect won't be as strong, but will stay longer, and the total effects is just the same?
I'm asking these because all my supplements are taken with meal, and piracetam is the only one I usually take about 30 minutes before meal, 3 times daily. I find it a bit troublesome. Would be easier if I just take it with meal.

Inside a size 00 capsule
- Noopept
- Sunifiram
- Centrophenoxine
- Lion's Mane
- Guarana
- Piramiracetam (I do not add this any more as I discovered that it destroys all content as it gets humidified. This was going to burn my stomach)
Edit: I take them with the breakfast and lunch and at 4pm with some nuts. ( so daily 3 capsules with food)
Thanks in advance...
