If I take too much lithium, I get a bit of brain fog. I've found a dosing schedule that really minimizes this. Lithium has done wonders for my mood and axienty (especially morning anxiety and mood).
Previously I was taking 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night (with brain fog in the morning).
1) 5mg in the morning (no brain fog)
2) 15mg at night (this works better for my morning anxiety/mood).
Anyone else having trouble may just want to dose at bedtime or split the dose to be 75% bedtime and 25% morning
