Dear Friends,

For the past several weeks, I have been working on my presentation for the Immortality Institute International Conference

I thought it important to discuss how calorie restriction is changing and how important that is for practical application. Just limiting calories, even with "healthy" food intake, is an idea that is rapidly waning.

I will discuss a new approach that provides extraordinary benefits – especially for increasing cognitive capabilities. That's important knowledge for anyone, whether you are in your early 20's and want to excel at school, or if you are in your 90s and want to reverse age-related decline.

The smart conference organizers have booked lots of folks who are important to hear. One of them, my friend Dr. Stephen Spindler, reviewed the CR Way before it was submitted to the publishers. Hearing his conference talk is important, for he may share insights on his current project that I believe will change forever aging interventions for longevists who are willing to put new, worthy ideas into practice.

Some of you have already written to me, telling me that you are attending the Conference. I am looking forward to meeting you.

Wishing you extraordinary health,

Paul

Can't wait to see your talk up! I'm not able to travel to this conference, but can't wait to see the quality speakers we have when they'll be posted on our ImmInst Ustream channel.

Ditto, I hope the organisers will make these easily and readily available for us members unable to attend in person...

Yes, every lecture will be recorded and placed online on the Imminst ustream and Youtube. I assume that every lecturer will allow us to film his lecture.
