These are my three favorite herbs, I use them daily and cycle them on and off. I only take Rhodiola in the morning and sometimes less then full dose of Ashwagandha in the morning, but always full dose in the evening.
Bacopa - 1 teaspoon organic powder, morning and evening
Ashwagandha - 1 teaspoon organic powder, morning and evening
Rhodiola - 1 pill, 250mg in the morning (standardized root extract
1% salidroside, not sure about how much rosavins)I never experienced any negative except it can be quite sedating in the evening if taken to early, but I wake up really refreshed. No euphoria like mentioned above but it washes away almost all of my anxiety and makes me much more functional in times of stress.
