Hey guys ive wondering if there are any nootropics that help increase sprinting/running speed. Maybe through increasing processing speed or motor neuron firing!? im not really certain how but just wondering if anyone can help?
Thanks Alot!

There are supplements that surely do this {see a bodybuilding forum for example). As for noots that seem to have an ancillary effect on my bike riding, I have noticed some improvement in my somewhat pathetic sprints when riding with friends, particularly after a few hours, both with ALCAR and memantine. .

Then I think any and all Nootropics would be relevant to you then, as the goal of all of them is to increase brain/cognitive function...im not really looking for bodybuilding supplements that would increase my speed through physicial means such as increasing muscle mass and muscular strength. im looking more for nootropic or brain drugs that increase brain transmission messages such as to tell the muscle to contract quicker. that sort of thing. does anybody have an idea of what im on about?

Memantine and ALCAR would be ok to good
Modafinil would be the best, a strongish stimulant, with far lower downsides. If you look at the Mechanism of action as portrayed on wikipedia, you will be able to come up with multipule theories regarding the benefits. I would aim to use not more than 3 times per week, as it does lose efficiousy.
General supplements that increase the antioxidant and metabolic capacity, of the brain, will really help in a subtle way. I dont take commerical vitamin E or C. Seleniomethionine is my favourite.
Lions Mane has been show to increase Nevre Growth factor. It is really hard not to underestimate the importance of health nevre function in optimal strength. For an example, if you change a fast twitch nevre to a slow twitch muscle, you end up with a fast twitch muscle.

with increase of nerve growth factor would i be able to grow/create new fast twtich nerves
Maybe
You can definitly increase the coordination, quality and quantity of electrical stimulation, this should allow greater fast twitch mass, with greater strength denisty. I do understand atheletic individuals can increase the number of fast twitch nerves, through greater neurological plasticity(I think the science is rather quiet here tho).
