Hey, why doesn't Aubrey try to get Methuselah Mouse Prize some funding thru Prop71?

Interesting idea - I suspect that trying to talk the new administration into funding research prizes is a more workable plan.

As long as there is not a stipulation that the money has to be "spent" within so long of receiving it. For a prize, the money isn't "spent" until it's awarded.
