I'm done with smi2le. I mailed him asking for a refund (placed order about 6 weeks ago.. too long I can't even remember it right). I'll give him a week to refund, if he doesn't comply it's time to call him again....

Where is the chain of custody in this process?

The chain of custody is in the hands of this community. I will work with anybody who will work with us. Do you have a problem with that? The principles are trust and integrity.

I can see how hard this is for some to understand. How can people actually trust each other, you ask? Well do I trust the Chinese powder dealer? No. Do I trust that Rizzer buys his powders from a Chinese powder dealer? Yes, I know this for a fact. Do any members of this community want to send in a sample of a powder they purchased from Rizzer? If you do, and you are willing to speak with me personally, I will pay for the test (I get store credit for it anyways) if you will submit the sample. We will analyse the results of the test(s) as a community.

You see, that is what makes smi2le.biz outstanding. He trusts his customers. He lets us join together to perform quality control testing of his products, to take steps toward safety.

Learn from his example, or don't. :)

Have fun explaining that in court.

I did a little searching and couldn't find anything relating to a DEA raid in Ocean View, NJ.

The DEA usually tells the public after a raid in news releases. I looked in the "local news" section of the DEA website from New Jersey and found a news release entitled "DEA ANNOUNCES ARRESTS OF WEBSITE OPERATORS SELLING ILLEGAL DESIGNER DRUGS." However, the websites listed were

WWW.RACRESEARCH.COM and WWW.DUNCANLABPRODUCTS.COM

There was no mention of Smi2le, which could mean either the DEA raid didn't happen or that it did but it wasn't successful so they decided not to include it in their news release.

I am sure there won't be the need to go to court at all. Just as you are blabbling about Rizzer, I do not believe half of the crap you say about being in all of these lawsuits. You continually blabber as if your website is so well known. If you really made a good living off of your site, you wouldn't bother participating in this discussion. As I have already proven, you portray things quite differently than they are displayed in these three dimensions. :)

Mr. 1fast400: the way I see things, you are as false as the products you sell. I would say your business is infamous rather than famous, but that is just me. :p

You are just jealous of Rizzer. It shows. Get over it, please. [sfty]

I have nothing but positive things to say about 1fast400.

I do trust them.

They made a mistake but handled it in a professional manner, and they made the matter public.

Ya. 1fast400 has the best customer service of any of the places I have dealt with and is straight in his dealings.

Now if we could get him to carry a few more notropics and to encapsulate them.....

Hey, maybe I should clarify things a bit for everybody.

I am a consumer in the nootropic market.

I appreciate being able to purchase nootropics at 1/10 the price they are otherwise available on the Internet.

Unfortunately, these products are mostly imported from China, a country whose poor economic status affect the quality of their exports. In fact, several of their exports have high levels of metals, which may even be deadly if taken in high doses over long periods of time (keep in mind that several of us take several grams of these products every day).

I know the owner of smi2le.biz personally, and I am willing to work with the members of this forum to submit his powders for HPLC assays. He is willing to take the liability risk associated with the testing because there are benefits for him too; surely his business will benefit. And he knows how cautious I am about assuring that the individuals submitting the samples are credible. That is why I am working with members of this forum whom are trusted and respected on the Internet for being consistent and saying what they really think.

And i salute you, Nootropi, for your initiative.

This will be good for everybody because there really are not that many manufacturers of nootropics, even in China.

So if impurities are found and the seller(s) notified, there will be changes.

Thank you Nootropi!

Read this nootropi. It is the first lawsuit I ever had thrown against me. It involved Protein Factory. You can learn a lot about chain of custody from it. It has the offical transcript of trial.

Nootropi's comments cannot be good for business at 1FAST400.

This guy has VERY little effect on my business, if any. We have yet to have a down month in over 2 years of business. He has made himself such an outcast on this topic. He has lied constantly, which has been proven over and over again on AvantLabs.com

It is a shame, he seems to have a great knowledge of Nootropics and he likes to help people out. Sadly, he is stepping into area's he knows little about.

Exactly my point. WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT AN AMERICAN COMPANY. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT CHINA. WE DO NOT NEED TO ASSAY PROTEIN BARS!!! We are talking about deadly contaminants. You won't ever get it, will you?

Wake up!

Unreal. I posted this to show you what happens if you don't follow a proper chain of custody. If you are sending powders, protein or bars the same law still applies.

Why is this so hard for you to grasp.

I have ordered quite a few things from 1fast400 in the past and I always got them right on time and got exactly what I ordered.

I agree a few more nootropics would be nice

Edit: I've never had to actually deal with the customer service at 1fast400 because I never had a problem that required "service"

Due to the volume we purchase our suppliers assay the products. Each supplier has different labs they use. We use a host of different suppliers.

1FAST400:
1. I see that you display the COA for, e.g., piracetam. Do you update the COA each time you receive a new supply of piracetam?
2. Can you provide the COAs for all your powders? I noticed that not all your powders are accompanied by such documents.
3. Are you going to stock more nootropics? I would really like you to carry all the nootropics that IAS and smi2le.biz carries. And, if you do carry these nootropics, can you display the COAs.
4. Have you ever thought of sending your products off for HPLC?

That should be the case. We generally buy piracetam in 500 kilo amounts so it takes some time to run through them. Often times we have blanket orders. This means we will order an amount larger than what we intend to purchase at one time, but will buy over the period of 6 months. This allows us to get better pricing and not have to store so much at a time.

2. Can you provide the COAs for all your powders? I noticed that not all your powders are accompanied by such documents.

Yes we do. Our webguy is very backed up. I recently took him off two projects so clean up work such as this can be done.

3. Are you going to stock more nootropics? I would really like you to carry all the nootropics that IAS and smi2le.biz carries. And, if you do carry these nootropics, can you display the COAs.

We will carry what we can based of US law and purity. Some of the items mentioned in the past are either to close to being illegal or there are issues with manufacturing.

4. Have you ever thought of sending your products off for HPLC?

They are tested before we get them. To date I have no reason to believe further testing is needed. The compounds we carry are tested twice before we get them. On top of that, none of these compounds currently carried are difficult to make. Only when making very difficult to find materials do we start doing extra testing. This usually applies to various pro hormones, such as m1,4. Almost all that stuff is fake. I've purchased almost every testing stardard for hormones over the past 2 years for RTP Labs.

Nice try, nootropic. It is apparent that this individual is taking quite desperate measures to appear as they are nootropi, which is not nootropic. They are different people.

In fact, [color="blue"]nootropic
even stole my avatar and logo.

Nootropic, or should I say 1fast400 trying to fool us? I can't be sure...

But one thing is for sure, all you have tried to do here, nootropic is SELL us 1fast400! That IS NOT DISCUSSING NOOTROPICS!

Get some self respect and get out of here with your desperate sales technique. :)

Look at this attempt to establish credibility for 1fast400 by the line of questioning.

Why the hell would 1FAST400 and I be online at the same time? Obviously we are not the same person.

Why would I be asking 1FAST400 about the purity of their supplies if I worked for them?

To be 100% honest with you, I'm a friend of unipolar_mania. We both actually support you nootropi, and not 1FAST400.

I have a computer at my house, yes. However, I work nootropi, for usually 12-14h a day. I'm not running home to make a post. Do a simple check if you don't believe me. God I've never seen anyone so paranoid in my life.
