Sure, but figuring he doesn't respond to emails (even my own) I highly doubt that will happen.

Newspapers don't matter, The DEA website doesn't either. Who knows if they even kept a record of it? Filing a FOIA request may not turn up a single thing. Either way, you and I can agree on one thing: that we do not know whether it did or did not happen.

That's right, we don't know whether it happened or not. But the fact that nothing exists on the public record about it certainly doesn't help the case for it happening. It would be impossible to prove absolutely that the raid did not happen, but it would be possible to prove that it did. All we can do is raise reasonable doubt, because we simply can't prove a negative without access to an extrodinarily large amount of data.

My issue is with a direct competitor continually accusing Rizzer of something he does not know to be true.
That is why I why I made the claim that 1FAST400 tipped off the DEA, and kept repeating it. I was making a simple illustration, this is exactly the same type of behavior that 1FAST400 is exhibiting [a taste of his own medicine]. (Get it, ScottL?)

I'm not a competitor of Rizzer's and I have some doubts as to whether the raid happened, and I researched it to try and find if it was true. Just because someone is a competitor, doesn't mean that everything that they say relating to other busineses is null and void. They have just as much right as anyone to express their opinion on a public forum, including their opinions about businesses relating to nootropics. Whatever we think the motivations are, this is no place for a witch hunt.

Just wanted to add something positive, I placed an order with 1fast400 at around 4:00PM on 12/8/04. I got it today, 12/10/04 with the regular shipping option.

Absolutely brilliant service, with a receipt, magazine, free shaker jar and well packed with padding.

I am thinking another possible reason for the delay might be a lot of orders for "individualized" stuff - i.e., personalized dosages. I ordered just tubs of powder, no pills.

1. What did you order? Pills/Powder?

2. What items did you order? Some stuff is out of stock he said; R-ALA for example. I bought some K-R-ALA which is in stock.

I placed a large orderor for Aniracetam, on the front page it's listed under "Products Available for immediate shipment:". I also ordered something else, but I don't recall right off hand what it was. Pill form.

Just got off the phone with Rizzer, said my order should be in Monday, I started playing lawyer, asked him how he knew that, and could you please verify that by checking the order. He said that would take a several minutes minutes to get that infomation and he would call back, I countered that it was my dime, and I would happily wait while he checked on that. He couldn't find the order and said that he has no record of it.

I'm gonna wait to see if I got billed. In the meantime.... what's up with your service 1fast400, and how do your prices compare on Aniracetam Idebenone?

1Fast400 has excellent service. I got my order in 3 days, and he has good prices.

I placed an order with Rizzer last Monday, I'll keep everybody updated as to when I receive it.

Does anyone have any experience to share about Unique Nutrition? Are they still in business? They only carry Piracetam, Oxiracetam and Aniracetam but their prices are good. Except for their price on Oxiracetam... that's too expensive.

Yes Nootropi, it is too bad. Perhaps I will try again in a year or so. I love saving money, but I really want these products so some other company is going to get my bling. I haven't been defrauded, it's just too much work trying to get his products.

Nope, I just think some of you cause too much labor cost for the small profit he may earn from your business. In other words, if you are a $30.00 customer, expect be to treated as so.

You might as well shop somewhere else if you intend to spend so little at smi2le.biz. He is more aimed at the "hard core/cutting edge" life extensionist/nootropic user. You can't expect him to stay in business if everybody he dealt with only purchases a $30 item and requires so much attention to be satisfied (as many of the complaints are generated and posted here by customers placing such trivial orders); personally, I spend over $3,000 a year on life extension/nootropic supplements. I spend at least 1/2 of that sum at smi2le.biz because he treats me with the repect that I demand from my supplier. I also purchase from beyond a century, shf, and a couple other reputable suppliers; depending on the item.

You see, the way I see it, you are full of BS. If you really spend $140, and whimper and bitch like you do in this forum, I surely would not do business with you at all. You are way too much drama, magr. Go to 1fast400, or somewhere else that takes your kind. Sorry to be so rude, but you have to realize that a vendor has the right to refuse business to any individual. And it is in any vendor's best interest to not conduct business with indididuals whom need so much attention to be pleased (and whine, whimper, bitch, and moan like you do about every little freaking thing; you are a nightmare customer, the way I see it, Rizzer should run from you). Treat others with respect and you will be respected. The reason why I can call you a whimperer is because it is clearly indicated in your posting record, from post #1. Sorry, that is just the way I see it. Like I said, you should go somewhere else to buy your products, and maybe this forum can discuss nootropics for once.

Be well.

I have not been rude to Rizzer.
He just owes me $140.
Surely i will make myself clear, so as to warn others who might get upset for losing their money.

Please read thru my posts again, i do not think that i have been whining in excess.

nootropi I am really getting sick of your ranting on and on, and I'm not alone here. You obviously know nothing about any kind of business. If rizzer ever listened to your business advice he never would have even gotten started. I’ve built a business from the ground up. NO ONE LISTEN TO HIS BUSINESS ADVICE! You will fail. Failing is easy enough when you do everything right.

Thefirstimmortal places an order, never receives it, and you come back that his order causes too much trouble to be worth rizzer's while. Get real.

You dismiss magr’s post because it was his first. Now you have to come up with a brand new reason to dismiss someone with over 6 thousand posts.

Most people are going to place smaller orders to start with to make sure the product meets their specifications, does what they read it is supposed to do, or in smi2le's case, see if they'll receive their product at all. That way they’re out 30 dollars as opposed to 200.

I really don't know what your problem is. You've alienated so many people on this issue. When there is a post that says what you don't want it to say you claim in a reply immediately following that post that you "didn't even bother reading it", and then try to hide your rebuttal in the rambling several page long reply that follows.

Perhaps you're just messing around on these posts and you get a little laugh by screwing around with people. I hope so for your sake.

Most of our mommies do not give us a 3 thousand dollar a year nootropic allowance.

I've tried to avoid confronting you, but your tirade has gotten the best of me.

Magr, and others, I think it is past time to call your credit card companies and try to get your money back from them. If that fails pm me with how much money you are out (only do this after your credit card companies deny you), and I will see what the total comes too and look about organizing a class action lawsuit. He is in New Jersey and I am back there often (family near, and one of my suppliers has their factory in Pennsauken). I know some good lawyers there if it came to that, I know one who will do all the initial paperwork for free. My guess is that the problems will miraculously resolve themselves with this alone.

Nootropi, you say you spend 1500 a year with Rizzer. If you divide that by 52 weeks a year that means you'd spend about 28 bucks a week.

According to your own post, if you were to order weekly, rizzer shouldn't send to you because you are a pain in the ass low profit margin customer. What if you didn't have the money to buy in bulk, but could buy weekly? The smaller amounts customers buy in, the larger his profit margin.

Your knowledge of business, or lack of it, is amazing. Hopefully that isn't what you are in school for.

I don’t know that I agree with that Nootropi, My order was for over 200 (although the current claim is that it wasn’t received), not a large order but for a first order that should have got some attention. But seriously Nootropi, if I ordered just 30 dollars worth, I would expect that order to be treated with the same attention as a 200 dollar order. I would have placed a larger order, but I was concerned about getting it.

You might as well shop somewhere else if you intend to spend so little at smi2le.biz. He is more aimed at the "hard core/cutting edge" life extensionist/nootropic user.

I spend at least 1/2 of that sum at smi2le.biz because he treats me with the repect that I demand from my supplier.

I budget about 10 grand a year, with Life Extension Foundation taking about 90% of that. I’m sure that’s trivial to Life Extension, I doubt they would miss my order, yet if I order one item, it gets here just as fast as when I order a box of them. With the added nootropics, that budget will swell this year with an adding a few thousand dollars to that budget at least. Smile could have gotten a piece of that action, and also, because I love a good deal, I would have explored the whole loan thing with him. Extremely high interest rates, free smart drugs, discount items, that would have been nice.
http://www.smi2le.biz/bulkinvest.shtml

Sorry to be so rude, but you have to realize that a vendor has the right to refuse business to any individual.

Nootropi, I fully agree with you on that. I just don’t think a vendor has the right to hold someone’s money if they are not going to business with someone. Some people here need to be made whole again.

1fast400

So 1fast400, you have listed on your site, Aniracetam, 250grams for 70 dollars. That’s bulk of course, and Smile sells his for 69.99 for 240grams. About equal.

But Smile gets my first consideration over you because he lists something you don’t, 70 500mg caps for 17.99. I’m just too lazy to do all the cappin’. Soooo, keeping in mind that I don’t mind paying more, what can you do for a years supply of capped Aniracetam, with 365 1,000mg pills if possible. My understanding is that 1gram a day is the best dose.

Also, I’m going to review your whole site. There may be more items that I might want.

For anybody who is concerned with the matter of SMI2LE's 'raid', I am currently acquiring evidence of the event. I've been in touch w/ a DEA field office agent out of Atlantic City who says he recalls some smi2le investigation(s). He suggested that, to his knowledge, smi2le had been cleared and was a legitimate business to purchase from, that any unfulfilled orders should be handled through merchant arbitration procedures (ie credit card companies).

He said he'd be emailing me in the next day or two after he gets in touch with people at the Camden office to confirm the investigation, but thinks it had to do specifically with one of smi2le's customers and the acquisition of information on the third party. *shrug* Hopefully an edited email will qualify as acceptable evidence.

If you are too busy to do all of the capping, you will not be able to afford the effective nootropics, no matter where you go.

I suggest that you learn as soon as possible this crucial, yet simple skill. It is really very simple and requires little skill to learn. If you want to have Rizzer cap them for you, he uses the ProFill Capsule Filling Machine; that could be affordable. Posted Image
