So, I've heard a lot about resveratrol and it seems incredible, I was wondering if there is any one particular supplement that is considered to be especially good, or recommended.
Best resveratrol supplement?

If you click on the advertising banner on top of the page, you'll connect to a vendor who sells 98 and 99% pure powders, which is my preferred means of taking resveratrol - place the requisite amount of resveratrol powder under the tongue, sip a little water, and hold it in the mouth for about a minute, swallowing gradually thereafter. This achieves relatively high blood serum levels immediately, and the remainder of the powder is somewhat dispersed, so as not to clump together so it is hopefully better absorbed in the gut than is powder in a capsule. Use a scale for a precise dose, or a level quarter teaspoon for approximately 400 mg (+/-20% typically, I've tested several sources and batches.) There are several other sources of powdered resveratrol, they can be found with a web search if you want to compare.
If you really want a pill, the advertiser above has one with resveratrol dispersed in polysorbate 80, which results in increased blood serum levels versus other pills. However one does not have the effect of buccal or sublingual absorption, which also give high blood serum levels, and avoid first-pass liver metabolization.

How about biotivia, how does that stack up against RevGenetics?

They are both excellent products, http://www.longecity...tivia__st__100. I purchase from bulk powder from RevGen as Anthony supports this forum.
