I got burned as well. I've bought multiple times from Nootropic.eu and have even had issues that were taken care of very quickly via email but my latest order is over 2months ago and no response via email nor is their website up anymore.

Just lost over 200 usd on this one.

You are sending from Moscow, russia. That is not a EU country so the shipment will pass customs.

Why are you not sending to Belgium? I really would like to try some of your products.

We don't ship to Belgium as we tried once to ship there, and it didn't work out because of customs. So, we made a refund and deleted Belgium from the countries we ship to. 

We also do not ship to Spain, Austria, Germany, and a few other countries.

Fortunately, 90%  of customers are from the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and there have been zero issue over last months.

Truepowders.com seems to be up again. Any experience about this supplier?

Anybody found any other good nootropic sources shipping from inside EU in addition to ones mentioned in this thread? Specifically looking for a dependable source for phenylpiracetam and aniracetam/oxiracetam. 

 

There seems to be a shortage of reputable suppliers in EU. Mynootropics.eu was opened about a year ago by a former good supplier in UK but all their prices show 1000 e and most are "out of stock". Also, they did not respond to a message I sent them asking about the prices. I guess they are out business for good.

I've used nootropicsdepot, which have good quality control and actually test each batch of stuff they buy. They ship to Europe at only moderate expense. Their prices are pretty good, though it varies by product. Some of it is as cheap as I've seen, and some is fairly pricey.

So, who is left in Europe and can process credit cards or paypal ?
