Okay.

Well, I have the height and weight of a 12-year old, and the demeanor of a 14-year old, and I continue to starve myself so that I can maintain that for life. However, NOTHING can prevent my jawline from changing or my other facial features from changing, and that's what worries me. Even though I had some hair growth, I'm able to use an epilator to remove it all without wasting too much time.

I'm fortunate to be asian, of course.

Does long Bieber-like hair also make me look as young as possible? What about oversized t-shirts? Does studying Bieber-like mannerisms help?

I do intend to go onto graduate school soon, so (to me) it is actually important to look young (also, people actually seem to treat me BETTER when I look young).

I feel sorry for you bro.

Also Justin Bieber is a [wanker] and more people hate him than love him. He's definitely not a person you would want to model yourself after....except his money.

Not judging at all, just curious: Why do you desire all this?

Well, because right now, people do seem to treat me better when I look young (If I acted the way I act and look older, then people would judge me for being immature)

Of course, I'm working on being more mature, but it is a very long process, so for now, I try to look young.

How do you know if people treat you better if you look young? Do people come up to you and say "you look so young so I'm going to treat you really nicely." ???

Well, okay, I'll have to admit that this actually might be an unsubstantiated hypothesis. All I know is that people treated me better when I was younger, even though I was more immature.

Befriend Jared Leto and find out his secret of eternal youth..

Frvr21 post is great. I'd just disagree on long hair. Depending on face shape - hair on a longer side may be very good, esp if stylish haircut..

oh..

This is because humans evolved to appear cute and endearing, as babies and children, to human adults. Likewise, humans evolved to be nice to and not kill/eat, as adults, human children. (Note: The second result may be an indirect consequence of other evolved social behaviors. There seems to be compelling evidence that early humans ate babies whenever they could get away with it.)
