Bought a bottle from mitosolutions but haven't tried it yet.  Anyone found a way to take it without staining their mouth??

should you put methylene blue in water before taking it or does it not matter? will it stain less in mouth? Someone said you shouldn't take MB directly in mouth but mix it with water first, why?
