I'm back using Gotu Kola. I currently take the Solgar extract 3 capsules 1-2 times a day. To me it's pretty much as effective anxiolytic as Lorazepam and it also has mood enhancing and nootropic qualities. One of my all-time favourite herbs.

I started taking gotu as part of my gaba stack before bed. Don’t know what it does to me in general life, but because I take it before bed, my dreams are stupidly vivid.

I consider Gotu Kola more of a day-time tranquilizer than a sleep aid but I can see it helping sleep too. Maybe try it during the day too to see what effects it actually has on you? I find the tranquil focused state it produces pretty impressive and useful for various situations.
