Actually, that may not be the correct conversion for tomatoes after all.. It'll depend on the water content.
1kg of tomatoes (dry weight) = 1g uridine.
(according to -sigh- wikipedia)
And from page 4......
Well, I mentioned earlier in the thread that anyone concerned about it should stick to food sources.
Everything on this site is experimental - that's why we are here. Trying new things with the benefit of discussion/debate with intelligent people is much better than taking a shot in the dark yourself.
I think spirulina, at 5%, is pretty efficient. 5g = 250mg of uridine. The normal serving size is 3g, so looks like a really good source. Oddly enough, as a small child, I used to chew on spirulina like candy. Might explain some of my more useful gifts in life.

Tomatoes, while being a source of uridine, at .1%, are not a great source - they are typically 95% water, so the amount you'd have to eat is unrealistic. They are a good source of folate, but no B12.
http://nutritiondata...products/2682/2
Brewer's Yeast, is good at 3%, but I'm not comfortable ingesting 10g of yeast every day. Sounds like a yeast infection in the making. Perhaps if it was cooked/dead. High folate as well.

Lef has an isolated RNA supplement, which would be useful, but no B vitamins or supporting nutrients.
None of those nutrient data sheets mention uridine, which is pretty poor work for USDA supplied data. Here's some info:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uridine
http://www.pnas.org/.../10123.full.pdf
Again, I mention that the probability of being completely folate deficient outside the petri dish or controlled animal studies that are deliberately kept folate deficient, is pretty low.
However, since this combination of nutrients is shown to uprate neurogenesis, your body is going to be needing more folate than it normally uses, anyway. If you are not obtaining uridine from food sources, why not follow nature's ratios and supplement accordingly? It's not exceeding RDA, in any case.
You really need to read the whole thread rather than asking for cliff notes on what has already been discussed and unnecessarily clutter the thread further.

Localised transdermal absorption, I guess? Repairs damaged DNA.. Hmm. I like the name 'celligent', though.

Here's the list of nootropics I intend to use with it. I'll post my topic about it that way I don't spam the place with my stuff http://www.longecity...__gopid__492510
Thanks a lot MrHappy. What you're doing here is AWESOME.

I bought some from here originally:

Here's an online store in France, so faster shipping than from USA. More expensive, though..

Otherwise

Just google 'ecological formulas uridine monophosphate'
I'd try around 200-300mg UMP sublingually, for ADD or 100mg TAU, orally. I've looked at the rest of your intended stack and that looks fine.

So here I am. I am going to follow your recommendations. It sounds really good this stack!!!
After reading these threads I must say that for me the clue it´s Uridine. I´ve been taking DHA and GPC (choline) in the past with no positive results (I also take Alcar and vitamins B without any positive result), so maybe uridine it´s a must to have benefits.
It´s curious because Uridine is not very popular, few brands commercialize it and it doesn´t seem to be a nootropic product (it seems more a cardiovascular supplement). But the studies are there and perhaps it´s the "clue".
Even though this stack sounds promising MrHappy, I have some doubts.
JChief in the thread: http://www.longecity...r-dha-vitamins/ says that "Ecological Formulas is the only brand I've found that offers both TAU and UMP varieties in capsule form". I don´t understand very well. Are two varieties of uridine?? Which one is more important?? Both??
I also have doubts with the DHA supplement. Right now I´m taking a E-EPA 650 mg. (90 % pure EPA). It is said that EPA is better for depression than DHA. I´m currently taking this supplement: http://www.biovita.f...s&lang=en&id=21. Before taking this supplement I try another omega 3 supplement that contains only DHA. This was the product: http://www.farmaciarubio.es/en/algatrium/525-algatrium-plus-in-pearls-180-capsules.html. We are talking about an omega product that contains only DHA. So I don´t know if there is any reason to take DHA. The studies with uridine were done with DHA I think. Taking DHA instead of EPA it´s a must?? Should I take DHA only?? EPA only?? DHA + EPA??
About choline I don´t know if it would be better to take Alpha GPC or Choline CDP. What dou you think??
In this thread you talk only about Choline + Uridine + DHA but JChief talks in his thread (see: http://www.longecity...r-dha-vitamins/) about other things as: Alcar and vitamins. I don´t know if this is a must. My experiences with Alcar were inconclusive but I think that it raises my anxiety. According to the vitamins supplementation recently I suffer a niacin flush after takign only one pill of b complex from Jarrow Formulas (something very strange because it was the first time taht I take a b supplement and I only take one pill).
I would like to start quickly with this regime MrHappy, so tell me what is your current regime, with specification of quantities and brands if it is possible.
Thanks so much and Merry Christmas.

According to the various literature, you want both EPA and DHA, a cholinergic, a tocopherol, methylation cofactors, uridine, minerals.
So, morning dose:
200-300mg UMP, sublingually OR 75-100 TAU, orally
500mg a-gpc - substitute with alcar or cdp-choline, as preferred
400-600mg EPA
1500-2000mg DHA
1000IU+ vitamin E
400mcg folate
1mg b12 (yes, that is intentionally high, feel free not to megadose if you have objections)
RDA of zinc, calcium, magnesium, b1,2,3,6... A good multi should cover most of these.
If you are treating depression or anything dopamine related, feel free to delay adding the cholinergic for a week or 2, but you may not notice any issues at that dose of uridine, anyway.
Also tagged with one or more of these keywords: choline, uridine, dha, omega-3, epa, ump, tau, b vitamins
