Anyone has abdominal bloating from SAM-e?

Hi, i noticed that since i,m on SAM-e, i have stomach profusion, like if i,m pregnant. I take enteretic coated SAM-e and vit b-complex and acid folic. Anyone has this problem? Any solution? It,s better to take it with empty stomach or not? Should i try another brand? Thanks

What brand are you taking? I doubt it's the sam-e itself, but rather the additives you may be sensitive too. Bloating is common in people who have intolerance to certain foods or additives.
