As of version January 6.1, 2013 of the Racetam Prices list [Mirrors: Jabry | Royal Web Hosting] more Coluracetam supplier data has been received from manufacturer-suppliers and added to the list:

1. A new manufacturer-supplier [Michael zhang: Qingdao TaiHongDa Chemical Co. Ltd.] has been added with a quoted price of $980 for 1kg Coluracetam including EMS fee, raising the total number of manufacturer-suppliers to thirteen. This manufacturer has provided full Bank Transfer details and partial Western Union details for which a query has been sent for the remaining details. A request for pricing on amounts of 100g, 10g and 1g has also been sent.

2. An existing manufacturer-supplier [Hebe: Haihang Industry Co. Ltd.] has provided PayPal payment data and is the first and only Coluracetam supplier to do so.

The price of $980/kg represents a 96.9% reduction relative to ScienceGuy's $15,990/500g [$31,980/kg] purchase price and is also the first price added to the list which is lower than ScienceGuy's.

The price of $980/kg is a mass-market price and represents a cost without profit of $0.98/g.

There are 100 doses/g @ 10mg/dose, or 50 doses/g @ 20mg/dose.

Therefore the per-dose prices for those values are respectively: $0.0098/10mg dose or $0.0196/20mg dose.

Assuming four doses per day, the prices work out as such:

10mg x 4: $0.0392/day or $1.176/month
20mg x 4: $0.0784/day or $2.352/month

These values are obtained with zero profit and include all costs to the door [EMS fee].

Looking at the numbers it is obvious there is room for very large markups and thus profit ratios: the 2x - 10x markup range is reasonable and still leaves a very cheap and incredibly effective nootropic whose price per unit effect (value) is vastly greater than any other racetam on the market.

Not the best price for it but not the worst either, accepts MCV, isn't strict on selling only to businesses, etc. Also, some of these companies can be negotiated with on their price given convincing reasons. For instance in 2011 I got a better deal on an organic intermediate because I pit one company's quote directly against another company's, said I could do with a longer lead time for a more reduced price than the other guy and vice-versa.

1. I received a reply via email the same day I sent it (today).
2. The first thing she asked was: "What is your company name?".

Virtually all North American chemcos refuse to deal with individuals. This, despite my complete company name and address at the bottom of the email.

So I replied asking if she could read English and stating that I won't do business with someone that incompetent.

Advice: when you are struck by a blow, SEND ONE BACK TWICE AS HARD! Don't let them be fuckers.

Those that act like wimps in the face of overwhelming multibillion-dollar corporate behemoths won't survive long.

Despite their size they are not humans and have no natural rights. So treat them as the man-made heartless machines they are despite the fake-humans that represent them.

She replied with an apology and a quote which has now been added to the list:

Alfa Chemistry likely won't deal with individuals who have no company name. But they're likely too lazy to check the government's files on incorporation - like all the other 99.999% of chemcos.

So if you want to deal with them, make up a good company name and stick to it. Put that as a signature at the end of every email you send, and use the term 'we' in place of 'me' or 'I'.

I managed to get fengqu <Beijing Kaida Technology Development Co. Ltd.> [COA] <bjkaida@163.com> to make a PayPal account - it's the same as his email link in this sentence. He found out - I never knew it - that there is a $150 minimum PayPal withdrawal amount for Chinese PayPal users withdrawing to their bank account and a $30 per withdrawal fee. These are not problems for us though.

If you check the Racetam Prices list you will see that he is the only affordable supplier for 1g and 10g amounts, and I have carefully checked his company and found it to be ok. His company specializes in the production of this type of compound.

I actually proposed to buy 1g from him for a total of $440 USD including EMS fee but then realized that with my limited disability income and poor health I would be sentencing myself to two months of suffering for a gram of Coluracetam that at that price would be for sampling only. So foolishly after so much work negotiating I sent him an email on January 10 telling him that the amount was just too much and I was trying to raise the funds, but that the sending of funds on January 23 and several more partial payments as I proposed in a payment schedule for 2-4 months after would be too much for me alone and thus I told him to (for now) cancel the 1g purchase plan.

I don't have the financial ability to raise enough funds for a commercial or even group-buy amount of 10g, but with your help we can all get some for cheap.

Thus I am tonight sending him an email which gives the link to this exact page of the thread, the group buy proposal, and also a price confirmation for 10g Coluracetam.

He replied to my previous email cancelling the 1g synthesis with this:

Bless him, he has not given up on me yet, and I have not given up yet either.

There is something magnetic - something very special about Coluracetam that is the exact opposite of Phenylpiracetam's broken promises.

You see it is only twice the cost to make 10g as compared to 1g.

The price including all fees and shipping to have him make 10g is only $762 USD, broken down as follows:

10g Coluracetam: $700 + $32 EMS Fee + $30 PayPal Fee (not applicable if I can negotiate Western Union payment which I am doing now) = $762 USD.

I propose that no more than 10 people and no less than 2 others besides myself form the first 10g group buy. Each buyer should buy at least 1g or contribute at least $50 USD.

The largest problem is who it should be sent to. He can send individual 1g amounts to each person but that entails higher EMS fees. Otherwise I have a 100% perfect record of receiving Racetams from Chinese chemical companies with zero losses and I can list each PayPal transaction with Transaction IDs and EMS tracking numbers so that potential group buyers can verify the safety of trusting me.

However, there is always a risk and it is a heavy burden and scary for me to shoulder it, so I'm not sure.

Please do help with proposals on how it could be made to safely work.

I can afford to put up $100 - $200 USD, preferably $100-125 USD.

The cost per person for 1g would be $76.20 USD [40 doses @ 25mg/dose: $1.905 per dose], plus a bit maybe if we decide he should send individual 1g amounts to each person instead of all to one and then that one person breaks it up and re-sends it. It might actually be cheaper if he sends out individual amounts, and each person can choose EMS or courier depending on their country/circumstances.

Also, I have a PayPal account in perfect standing with zero claims against it, zero debts and 100% positive feedback on eBay {User: isochromium}.

Coluracetam won't ever be affordable from those Western companies.

If you plan on ever buying it in your life it will come from a Chinese company.

Also, purity isn't much important because it's so potent. The amounts a person needs to take is only 25mg x 2-4 per day, so a high level of contamination is OK.

Compare it to Piracetam at 2.5g - 4g per dose. Now taking such large amounts, purity is critical since you will be ingesting a lot of impurities due to the drug's low potency.

Also, ScienceGuy could have thought some more and not wasted $15,990. He could have bought a smaller sample to test from the Western company, then once he identified its characteristic effects and spectra, then he could have bought in bulk from a Chinese company and retested it to compare - both by analysis and on self. That method would have saved him a lot of money.

To sum up: ScienceGuy's method of purchase will never work for anyone else on this forum who isn't rich already so it's a dead end. Don't waste your time trying.

And the rich ones don't need to group-buy because they can afford to buy all they want by themselves, so they have no place discussing a group-buy.

If anyone wants to enjoy Coluracetam in this short lifetime then the Chinese route is the only road going anywhere.

Life is too short for other delusions.

One Coluracetam supplier has today been deleted from the Racetam Prices list due to extreme impropriety ('fuck u') and refusal to answer basic quotation questions. Their entire domain has also been blocked to prevent further abusive emails.

This leaves 14 Coluracetam suppliers.

Approximately 5% of suppliers act vile like he did. I developed a simple formula to deal with them:

1. Said company's quote(s) are deleted from the Racetam Prices list.
2. All their emails and folders in my mail client are deleted.
3. Their entire domain with wildcards (@company.com, *@company.com) and all their explicit email addresses are diverted to the trashcan in gmail by rules.

You could pay someone in the US to have them make a good package for you. Also the thing doesnt give off a drug smell. The most drug packages are detected by sniffing dogs or just bad packaging where the package breaks and the whole cargo room reeks of weed. If you want to minimize your risk you can have someone send your order in 10 different shipments. Obviously its gonna cost you some extra money but it might be worth it if you worry about loosing your whole investment.
